I-Thou is finally out everywhere.

The beginning of this song (right before the drums kick in) was made before my study abroad trip to Italy. It wasn’t until I experienced different cultures that I realized how different people can be, yet how similar we all are underneath.

“I-Thou” is the idea of being in relation with another person, not seeing them as a means to an end or a label. It’s simply experiencing what’s in front of you. It wasn’t until after my trip that I understood what this song was missing. I believe this song captures the journey I had while studying abroad.

If it makes you feel a little more present and a little more human, then it did its job.
