Our third acttttt

Meet 9DAYS 🌺

Straight out of North London, British-Nigerian singer/songwriter 9DAYS is bringing her own flavour of soul, blending everything from neo-soul and jazz to Afro-soul and bossa nova.

Growing up singing in a church without instruments, she learnt to let her voice do the talking.(the harmoniesssss whew! )

Her music explores love, identity and all the feelings in between. Now, with her upcoming EP LOVE FREQUENCY, she’s turning up the joy, rhythm and good energy.

Soulful sounds, honest storytelling and plenty of vibes. We can’t wait for her to bring it all to UNFAMILIAR. ✨

Catch 9DAYS on stage from 20:20

👹 ARTWORK/TRACKLIST REVEAL 👹

Honoured to have the incredible @melvillous and @its9days bless this project. Two people I am very inspired by as people and artists 💆‍♂️

Hold tight @blueboy.wav for producing the whole thing back to front. Wouldn’t be anywhere without him. @jbradymusic added a whole different dimension to the project with the 🪊🎺

@foxy_duboxy really captured the essence of the demons and what they represent. Smashed it bro ✨

Next Friday is the day people. Still time to pre-save/order the EP in my bio 🚶‍♂️

Next Up on ROOTS: @its9days 🌱

A British-Nigerian artist from North London, 9DAYS creates feeling-led Afro-soul shaped by jazz, bossa nova, Afrobeats, urban highlife and live instrumentation.

Warm, intimate and soulful, her music explores love, Black love, femininity, healing, self-discovery and the messy realities of navigating your twenties. She is now entering her Love Frequency era, built around the question: “What does intimacy sound like to you?”

For her ROOTS session, 9DAYS performs “Under Yellow” and “Danger Zone”—two personal records exploring emptiness, accountability, mental struggle and finding your way back to yourself.

Expect a warm, laid-back performance filled with soul, honesty and feel-good energy.

Her new single “Cologne” lands 25 September.

Full ROOTS session lands Sunday 20 September at 7pm on YouTube.
