What a journey 🤍

Miss New Zealand 2026 has officially come to an end, and my heart is so full of gratitude.

Over the past few months I’ve had the privilege of growing, learning, advocating for causes close to my heart, creating lifelong friendships, and sharing this experience with some truly incredible women. From interviews and appearances to fundraising, rehearsals, photoshoots, and everything in between, this journey has challenged me in the best possible ways.

One of the most special moments of finals night was being awarded the Miss Entrepreneur Award. As a business owner, this recognition means the world to me. It represents the hard work, sacrifices, resilience, and determination that go into building something from the ground up, and I’m incredibly proud to have that journey recognised on a national stage.

Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this experience.. my family, friends, sponsors, supporters, fellow contestants, and everyone who followed along, shared kind words, and believed in me. Your support never went unnoticed.

A special thank you to @leizel_deligero and the Miss New Zealand organisation for creating opportunities that empower young women to grow, lead, and make a difference.

This chapter may be over, but the journey is only just beginning✨🤍

so happy after hosting my first Sip & Paint night for UNICEF NZ as part of Miss New Zealand 2026 🤍🎨

thank you so much to everyone who came along - the energy in the room was so special, and it meant a lot to share that with you all. And to my family, I couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you for all the help, the prep, and the constant support behind the scenes.

For the longest time, fundraising for a cause like UNICEF felt a bit out of reach to me - like it was something only big groups or really experienced people could do. But putting this night together made me realise it’s actually always been possible, it just takes starting somewhere.

UNICEF NZ does such important work supporting children around the world - helping provide things like education, healthcare, clean water, and emergency support. Being able to contribute, even in a small way, feels really meaningful.
So grateful for this experience, and definitely just the beginning 🤍🤍
