The last post escalated quickly… 102K views and counting, and so many new friends.

As I wrap up this little BTS series, I have a few people to praise…. Ahem (clears throat)

My boyfriend @chris.romrell . Thank you for being the biggest cheerleader all the way from Australia. You helped keep me sane while your girl was juggling scripts, casting, auditions, rehearsals, wardrobe, the gym, and two tiny humans. Chris was ordering us meals, answering my emails, and booking things from all the way from down under. ❤️

@brad.carter.studios I can’t even express how much I adore this man. He’s one of my biggest champions, pushes me harder than anyone, calls me out on my BS, and has believed in me since day one. I’m incredibly lucky to have him not only as my acting coach, but as a friend and partner in crime.

@kamybruder … This dude had the craziest most booked scheduled and yet he found a way to make it work and I’m so thankful that he could be Jack! He brought so much thought and generosity to every choice we made together, and this story is better because of it. Truly a wonderful scene partner!

@its_sc_schmidt …
Thank you for creating such a collaborative space. You gave me the freedom to run wild with ideas, but always knew exactly when to reel me back in and ground the performance. It was easy to trust you every step of the way.

To @reelarc This process was an absolute masterclass. Producing at this level was baptism by fire in the best possible way, and I walked away with a much deeper appreciation for every moving piece. I’m so thankful for the patience, guidance, and collaboration throughout it all. I can’t recommend this kind of experience enough.

@705.photo.wk , so much of the day would’ve been dull without your energy! Thank you for capturing these moments and for bringing so much magic to set. I’m so grateful our paths crossed.

And to my @sneakylouise … I’ve quickly become obsessed with who you are as both an artist and a friend. There’s nothing like having an insanely fierce, aggressively encouraging hype woman in your corner while you’re trying to make big things happen.

Couldn’t have wrapped this one with a better team. Until the next one. ❤️

Most actors over think a role, trying to be perfect and what they believe casting wants.

ReelArc co-founder Steven C. Schmidt shares why actors spend too much time trying to "get it right" and not enough time bringing their own perspective to the work.

Everybody actor thinks they're funny. But what kind of funny?

That's the sort of question ReelArc co-founder Steven C. Schmidt asks actors when helping them uncover what actually makes them memorable.

A little BTS of Tough Call… and boy, was it a tough call staying in character.
(I’m actually giggling all over again as I write this because the BTS vibes were incredibly unserious.)

Special shoutout to @thestevencschmidt for being patient with a bunch of giggling adults and pushing us to bring our best.

Shoutout to @jimniebactor . If it isn’t already obvious from the footage, he’s insanely likable. He brought so much life to our scene, and I couldn’t have asked for a better scene partner.

I think it’s safe to say our patient was in more than capable hands under Dr. Evelyn Shaw. Not only did I save his life… but yes, Dr. Klein, I’ll absolutely be calling you next time. 🫡

BTS of Generosity!
Our first day of shooting couldn’t have gone smoother. A dream day, really. 👌

A HUGE thanks to @705.photo.wk for joining us as our set photographer. She brought the best energy to set and captured so many fun moments, both in character and between takes.

And a special shoutout to @castsarahcarson ! An incredibly sweet co-star and such an interesting woman. We got to bond during our private rehearsals, and she quickly became one of the most interesting women I’ve EVER spoken to. I can only hope to be as kickass as her!

Lastly, slide 3: me forgetting my line and immediately abandoning character. Just a professional doing professional things. 🤦🏻‍♀️
