2014, I just wanted to learn how to box.
I wasn’t sure if I could or wanted to take a punch.

Yet, when I started this journey… I got more out of this than I could have ever imagined.
I learned about how I spoke to myself and how I got in my own way mentally, emotionally…

At the same time, I started my masters in Counseling learning about human behavior and how and why we behave as we do.

Years later, all I learned and experienced… I feel ever so fulfilled to walk alongside people in their darkness, hardships and life changing moments.

In a male dominated sport, I love when I see women challenging themselves, stepping outside of boxes and thriving.

That’s what I want for this Women’s MMA & Self-Defense class. A space for women to step into their power, feel more confident and aware of their whole self, find community, peace and an outlet for whatever you’re carrying.

Ride with me this Saturday.
We ride at Dawn! 😂

Naw, fr… get there early and come ready to learn💪🏾💪🏾
