POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When you’re a threat, people will reach for anything to minimize you because they recognize your power even if they won’t say it out loud. When you’re considered a threat, the noise gets louder. The lies get bigger. The attempts to diminish you get more desperate.

Remember this. Gold always gets tested. Gems always get scrutinized. Pressure doesn’t just create, it reveals value. Diamonds do not form without it.

These are heavy times. Being targeted, witnessing it, or carrying the weight of it is not easy. So let this be a reminder. It is okay to feel all of it. The sadness. The frustration. The anger. And it is also okay to step back, breathe, unplug, and restore yourself. Rest is revolutionary. Smile when you can. Laugh when you can. That too is necessary.

Today, I proudly celebrate my forever President and forever First Lady, Barack and Michelle Obama, and their beautiful family. Harvard graduates. Attorneys. Best selling authors. Grammy Award winners. Television producers. Parents. Community leaders. History makers. And without scandal.

Dear President and First Lady Barack & Michelle Obama, thank you for your leadership, your grace, your dignity, and your immeasurable contributions. Your legacy is undeniable!!!

#ThankYou #BlackHistoryMonth #TheObamas 🖤✨🙏🏾🙌🏾

Our #TalkAndPlay collabo with @WhatInTheWellness at @LAGathers was a chance to unlock wellness tips and decompress together over games.

🖤✌🏽♠️ wants to thank everyone who came out to hear jewels dropped by panelists @drjay_la, @dexterdarden, and @durandbernarr about what mental health wellness means to them.

Huge kudos also to host and architect, @itsaaronbernard, for offering such an important occasion for us all to participate in.

As the first-ever @lululemon supported event in history where Spades was played, we appreciate everyone who joined us to enjoy our #BlackFamilyHeirlooms and learn from our coaches (@yazminmonetwatkins + @sparkridgill) at #SpadesAcademy.

Finally, much love goes to @rob_potatosalad5137 + @itsjustjoannad for ensuring #AllPlayersWelcome to enjoy this culturally-rich experience.

(P.S. RSVPs are live now for our #Friendsgiving Game Night on 11/6 at @thelinehotel!)
