🌊Marrin MasterTips🌊

We cannot stress this enough to the younger crowds and job seekers - GET INVOLVED with a church, an organization, or a small business that gives you the opportunity to work on numerous skills while growing in your autonomy. These options tend to give you the space to figure out what you love to do and what you prefer not to have to do. Both are important!

Bigstuf Camps taught Abbey how to properly fundraise towards a goal, work with strangers who turned into best friends, learn to live away from home, and help a camp ministry run smoothly in the summer of 2019. The best part of this internship was that Abbey got to lead one small piece of camp (rec time!) while also learning how to stage manage, video direct, edit photos & videos, run a pop-up merch store, lowkey model lol, and the most important skill of all - UNREASONABLE AND EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY!

THROWBACK! We’ve been working events since before Marrin Management was even a thought. Abbey’s background started with serving at church events, working company tents and activations for her dad, and networking any chance she could.

We love seeing great brands develop and host amazing activations, connect with their communities, and continue their company growth and generosity!🩵
