🔥 50 agents. Two days. A whole lot of growth!

Our KW Advantage and KW Showcase agents showed up ready to WORK for LIST TO LAST, an incredible two-day workshop with Rob Chubb! 🙌

From building stronger buyer and seller presentations to handling objections and confidently asking for the signature, these two days were all about turning knowledge into ACTION!

💥 The biggest takeaway? Our agents walked away with more than just notes. They gained practical tools, stronger presentations, and the confidence to walk into their next appointment ready to WIN the business!

👏 Huge thanks to Rob for sharing his knowledge and to every agent who showed up ready to learn, grow, and invest in their business!

This is what a culture of learning and collaboration looks like at Keller Williams!

What fuels KW Advantage? ⛽️

It’s not the buildings, the signs, or even the numbers on the board.

It’s our people.

The agents who show up ready to learn. The ones who stay after class to help someone else. The leadership team that makes time, answers the phone, and genuinely cares about the people they’re leading.

It’s cheering for someone’s first closing, celebrating the big milestones, sharing what works, and showing up for each other when it matters most.

And somewhere in between all the hard work, there’s plenty of laughter, a little friendly competition, and definitely coffee. ☕️

We’re proud of what we’re building here. But we’re even prouder of WHO we’re building it with.

To our agents, staff, and leadership team: thank you for being the reason this place feels like more than just an office.

And to anyone wondering what it’s like to be part of KW Advantage, we’d love to show you.

Who you do business with matters.

September, you were a good one. 🍂❤️

This month was full in all the best ways.

Closings and happy clients. First listings and first closings. Interactive team meetings that got everyone involved. A golf outing, an office BBQ, plenty of learning, and of course a few taste tests that had absolutely nothing to do with real estate… but somehow became some of our favorite moments. 😂

Because at KW Advantage, growth isn’t only measured in numbers.

It’s watching an agent celebrate a first. It’s agents showing up for each other. It’s learning together, laughing together, sharing a meal, celebrating the wins, and having people in your corner through all of it.

September was a pretty great reminder that what we have here goes beyond real estate.

It’s culture. It’s community. It’s family. ❤️

We’re closing out September grateful for everything this month brought us and heading into October ready for whatever comes next.

Let’s make it a good one, KWA! 🍁

What if your brokerage gave you more than a place to hang your license? 👀

The people you surround yourself with in this business really do matter.

Having people you can call when you have a question. Training that actually helps. Coaches who know where you’re at and where you want to go. And being around agents who are willing to share what’s working for them instead of keeping it to themselves.

That’s a big part of what we have here at Keller Williams Advantage.

Whether you’re trying to get your first closing, grow what you’ve already built, or you’re just looking for what’s next, you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

There are a lot of things that make up a brokerage. But at the end of the day, it really comes down to the people you’re doing business alongside.

Because where you’re in business matters. ❤️

And if you’ve ever wondered what it’s like over here, our door is always open.

There are some hills we’re willing to die on. ❤️

Not because they sound good on a graphic, but because they shape how we show up every day.

We believe the best offices are built with their agents.
We believe nobody should have to figure this business out alone.
We believe coaching is for the agents who want to keep growing — at every level.
We believe doing what’s right for the client will always matter more than the commission.
And we believe culture isn’t about the parties, the food or the fun stuff. It’s about who shows up when someone needs them.

These aren’t slogans to us. They’re expectations.

They’re the things we want our agents, our clients and our community to feel when they walk through our doors.

Those are our hills. What’s one hill you’ll always stand on? 👇

A little rain couldn’t stop this crew. ❤️⛳️

Today we held our 2026 Keller Williams Advantage Classic at The Links of Novi, and while the weather may not have completely cooperated, the people absolutely made the day.

There’s something special about getting our KW Advantage family together outside of the office. Between the golf, the laughs, the rain and everyone simply enjoying being together, it was another one of those days that reminds us how lucky we are to have such an incredible community surrounding our office.

To every golfer who joined us, every volunteer who gave their time and every vendor partner who helped make today possible — THANK YOU. ❤️ We truly couldn’t do days like this without you.

A very special thank you to our amazing vendors and partners:

We tried them so you don’t have to… and this time, OREO really tested us. 😂🍪

OREO dropped three new limited-edition flavors, so naturally we had to find out if they’re actually worth trying:

🍌 Banana Pudding
🍗🧇 Chicken & Waffles
🍩 Deep Fried

We went in with open minds and gave our completely honest, unfiltered opinions. There were surprises. There were regrets. There was one clear favorite… and unfortunately, one flavor that decided to stay on our taste buds LONG after filming ended. 😂

Which one won the taste test? Were any of them actually good? And which one would we happily never eat again?

You’ll have to watch to find out. 👀

Now we need to know — which flavor would you try first, and which one is an immediate NO? 😂👇

What’s your WHY… and does the way you spend your time actually support it? ❤️

Today’s Top Agent Mastermind with Rob Chubb brought some incredible conversations to the table.

The group dug into Simon Sinek’s concept of starting with WHY and really dissected what that means—not just for your business, but for your life. Goals can change. Your business can change. Your circumstances can change. But that core WHY underneath it all? That stays with you.

Then the conversation shifted to something we could probably all take a closer look at… our time.

What are you actually doing throughout your day? What would you discover if you documented every task? What are you holding onto that someone else could do? And what could you leverage out to create more room for the activities that grow your business—and the things you simply enjoy doing?

One of the biggest takeaways: Growth doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means getting really intentional about doing less of the things that shouldn’t require you.

So many great conversations, ideas and “aha” moments came out of this room today. Everyone left motivated, excited and ready to take the next step. 🔥

That’s what a mastermind is all about. ❤️

🎬 The Advantage Update | July

July was a month full of growth, hard work, and plenty of reasons to celebrate at KW Advantage! 🏡✨

Our agents stayed busy serving clients, celebrating lots of closings, and bringing new listings to the market. Between the wins, they also continued investing in themselves by showing up for classes and learning opportunities designed to help them better serve their clients.

We had agents who had a first closing and listing, including Brannon Peterson with his very first closing—a milestone that’s always worth celebrating! 🎉 We were also proud to see our Foundations class host a First-Time Homebuyer Workshop, helping future homeowners feel more confident as they begin their homeownership journey.

Every class attended, every client helped, and every milestone reached is a reminder of what makes our KW Advantage community so special. Thank you to our incredible agents, staff, and business partners for making July another month to remember. Here’s to carrying that momentum into August! ❤️

Growth isn’t just something we talk about at KW Advantage… it’s something we commit to. ❤️

This month, our office showed up in a big way, investing time, energy, and intention into becoming better for our clients, our businesses, and each other.

From the 5-day Breakthrough 120 boot camp to Your Best Life Powered by Your Best Business with Cody Gibson, learning about water and real estate with Culligan, avoiding home inspection pitfalls with Oxford Home Service, and our leadership team attending the Q3 All Leadership Meeting to bring back fresh ideas for growing our market center—it has been an action-packed month of learning.

We’re proud of every agent and leader who continues to invest in themselves. The real estate market is always changing, and so are we. That’s what makes this office so special.

Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, and raise the bar together. We’re excited for what’s next! 👏🏡

💙 If you know, you know.

Ted Lasso had Believe.

We have Breakthrough 120.

Different sign. Same idea.

At our Breakthrough 120 Accountability Class, we paid tribute to one of our favorite Ted Lasso moments. Because just like the sign in the show, this isn’t about the paper on the wall—it’s about what it represents.

Believing in yourself. Staying committed. Showing up, even after the excitement of the bootcamp is over.

Breakthrough 120 was just the beginning. Real growth happens when you keep doing the work, stay accountable, and put what you’ve learned into action.

Here’s to believing in the process… and the breakthroughs still to come. 💥
