Life of a beauty artist be like …✨
Keď z troch klientok príde jedna…
Aspoň mám priestor vytvoriť jedno rýchle umelecké dielo, ktoré vám tu pridávam. 📸🤍

P.S. Veľmi nám to pomôže lepšie si zorganizovať deň a vďaka tomu budete mať pokojné svedomie vy aj my. 🫶🏼

Niekedy človek potrebuje úplne vypnúť, aby sa mohol opäť poriadne nadýchnuť. 🌊

@petrova_alexa x @matwork.studio retreat.

Nechala som si pár dní na zamyslenie sa, čím bol tento výlet “iný”. Nebolo totiž iba o mori a slnku.

Čo však tento zážitok urobilo naozaj výnimočným, boli ľudia a zážitky. Skupina pre mňa takmer cudzích ľudí. Deväť úplne odlišných osobností a životných príbehov. V každom momente nás ale spájalo chcenie užiť si náš spoločný čas naplno. Bez stresu, hádok, sťažovania sa, negatívneho naladenia.

Boli to dni, počas ktorých som si znova naplno uvedomila, aké dôležité je obklopovať sa ľuďmi, ktorí vás dokážu nabiť a nie vyčerpať.

So far…najlepšia investícia do seba v mojom “hovor áno výzvam” roku.

A samozrejme, že na konci boli skoroslzy 🥹

Still smiling from this retreat. ✨

Days filled with movement, laughter, deep conversations, rest, sunshine, and the kind of female energy that leaves you feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected.

The balance was exactly what I hoped for: training, relaxation, fun, and space to simply be.

And honestly… it didn’t last long enough. 💛

So now I’m thinking: should we do it again in August?

If you’d love another trip like this, leave a ❤️ in the comments or send me a message. I’d love to know who’s in.
