“I just wanna tone up.”

The first thing that might come to your mind when you hear fitness or dieting is:

Bench press
Chicken breast…
Lettuce…
More lettuce…

And living like a monk

I’ve seen it too many times – clients coming to me burnt out from coaches who:

❌ Cut out every food that they liked
❌ Forced them to follow the exact same program that helped them place 2nd at some local bodybuilding comp no one’s heard of

Barbie didn’t want to be a bodybuilder. And she actually has a life

✅ She enjoyed a few drinks occasionally
✅ She had regular meals and takeaways
✅ She lived her life

But when it was time to put in the work, she showed up

She wanted to:

🔥 Lose some body fat
🔥 Tone up
🔥 Get her first pull-up

We tried different approaches until we found what worked for her

She much preferred calisthenics, practicing handstands, running, and high-intensity circuits ,so that’s what we built her program around and we cleaned up her diet a bit

Don’t get me wrong…

If you want big changes, it’s going to be tough

You’ve built bad habits

You’ve learned destructive behaviors

You’ve probably quit more times than you care to admit

You’re gonna have to do stuff you don’t necessarily enjoy, and you won’t always feel like it

If it was easy, everyone would be running around with a six-pack, but …

Barbie is proof that if you work hard on the right things, you can lose belly fat and get in shape - All while making it somewhat enjoyable instead of banging your head against the wall, copying random plans from people who’ve got nothing in common with you, making you hate every second of it.

PS- She also get her first pull up :) 🔥

PPS - This is her tune she released last year - check out on Spotify 🔥

If you’d like to tone up for summer and lose belly fat, but nothing seems to work no matter what you try…

Drop me a DM with “ready” and let’s see if I can help you 👙

So we leaving 2023 behind, that means it’s time for the cliche end of year post ☺️ nahhhh no long rants here but thank you to all the special people I have met this year, those who have inspired to take my career further, helped me and those just being amazing friends. It’s been a tough but eye opening ending and I can’t wait for tomorrow to start 🍾🍾 otherwise, let’s get f*cked tonight people 😂😂🫶🏾

Obrigado, Barbosa!

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out and say goodbye to one of my in-person clients who's been with me pretty much since day one!

She's become more of an annoying little sister rather than a client! 👩🏻

When we first started training together, she wanted to get stronger, tone up, and eventually get her first pull-up! 💪🏼

Barbie was living life, had a very busy schedule including social events and parties! 💃🏻

She had previously struggled with tracking her nutrition, so first, we made sure to make adjustments to hit her protein but also leave some room for drinks on the weekends! 🍕🍹🥂

In terms of training we implemented a mixture of weight training and bodyweight stuff- calisthenics, as that was what she enjoyed the most - and got her to achieve her first pull-up 💪🏼

It's really sad to see you leave London and hope you’ll be back soon !

All the best ❤️ I bet you'll miss me a lot!

Obrigado
