*long and sappy caption incoming* and just like that… an entire year of grad school comes to an end🍾 it actually feels like yesterday that i got my acceptance letter to the publishing program at nyu so saying i’ve completed an entire year seems surreal

this program has absolutely changed my life and i feel so lucky to be a part of it. from having a dream internship with a literary agency to finding mentors in the most amazing professors (shoutout to jenn of course) i have truly gained so much🥹 this past year has allowed me to meet some of the best friends i’ve ever had and i’ve been able to sit in rooms and talk about books! for hours! and that can’t really be beat📚✨

Massive congratulations to CW alum Hailey Andrews (‘18) for receiving the $50,000 Frederick Mortimer Clapp Fellowship from Yale University to focus on writing a collection of poetry. Hailey is a graduating senior at Yale. While at OCSA, she was an editor on Inkblot, and she played an integral role in the poetic memorial for Blaze Bernstein (CW ’16).
