Thank you to everyone who came to our "evening clinic" fundraiser on May 8th! You helped us raise $2,000 for the Fleur and Forage Free Clinic. That is the equivalent of running 4 full clinics (we have 3 full clinics a month, and 3 mini ones). #grateful Get a glimpse of the event by scrolling through the pictures. 🌿🌿🌿 ALL HERBAL PREPARATION DONATIONS ARE ORGANIZED YALL! 🌿🌿🌿 We are working to get these herbal offerings out to community through the end of March & throughout April! Many donations have come in from the most loving beautiful plant people to support our twin cities community with herbal care. I’m so grateful to have put the ask out and to have received so much love in the mail! A big thank you to all folx who have donated preparations, bulk herbs, and funds to assist us in our herbal efforts. I will tag you all later! My heart has been beaming everytime I receive a new package & has given me much hope that we can build a better future with the support of one another, mutual aid & accesible care. These offerings won’t be sitting long here, it was nice to organize them and see all that has come in pero the medicines will need to be shared! Our sheltering herbal packages are set to go out in April! We will be working to get specific herbal care to folx on the frontlines in all forms. The herbal care that Sylvia @heartseedbirth & I @wildroseheart have made together is still in process. Plant spirit medicine takes time, & we are having some support from comrades this weekend to bag up teas, strain tinctures/sprays & start bottling! Some medicines will have to be strained in early April! We are trusting the process & know that with time & patience all will come together & all offerings will find the right homes to assist them. The past couple of months have been painful & grief, terror & fear has struck our community in many ways. We are moving through the heaviness, while holding the light that we are coming together to help one another. People have really come together in a way I have never seen before. Whether that’s assuring that others have their needs met, food support, healing care.. This is not over, 🧊 is still here, tearing the threads of our communities apart, causing terror within our hearts, spirits, minds and bodies. The trauma that they have forced upon our people will remain with us for the rest of our lives. Know your herbal care will support many at this time! 🕯️

You gotta try these rec!pes for Hawthorn infused wines!❤️ Calm and nourish the heart by infusing hawthorn berries into your Valentine’s Day wine, along with other heart-supporting ingredients like cacao, hibiscus, rose hips & goji berries. Hawthorn is a heart tonic and a calming nervine that can also act as a digestive aid, making this the perfect addition to Love Day wining and dining ❤️ Grab a jar (at least 28 oz) and add your herbs. Get a heavy red wine or a dry white wine and pour it into the jar (yes, it will fit), making sure to covers the herbs completely. Store red wine in the cabinet and white wine in the fridge for 3-7 days. When you’re ready to serve, strain it using a strainer and cheesecloth. You can pour it back into its original bottle or your own glass bottle.
