Powerful weekend💪🏽

Big shoutout to our team for showing up and showing out this weekend! From the camaraderie to the business conversations to the good vibes — we truly embodied what it means to work hard and enjoy the process.

We’re not just a team that loves to have a good time — we’re a family that’s serious about conquering our goals together and bringing everyone along for the journey. The energy, focus, and unity we had this weekend is exactly what it takes to win on every level.

Let’s keep this momentum going — the best is yet to come, and we’re still partnering with like-minded people who are ready to grow and elevate with us. 🔥

It’s THEM for meeeee!!!!! 😍😍😍🔥

What started as a simple personal goal.. to travel more and save on my trips.. turned into building an entire community of PAID travel pros 🧳✨🤯
Now this year at convention we celebrated 4 Directors, numerous Gold Builders, FIREBALL recipients, and successfully building an empire of hundreds of people who now have access to a lucrative income from the sexiest industry in the world… Travel! 🌍

From saving on vacations to helping others change their lives… this is what purpose and alignment look like 💫 🙏🏾

PS Getting paid while having fun & traveling the world together feels so wrong lol but I’ll allow it lol 🤣💕

1. Cover pic: This entire crew is certified for Disney, so they invited us out to Epcot for FREE. For many of us, this was our first time at Disney & I’m so grateful we got to experience this together. Eating/drinking around the world with the best crew ever… Yes please 🥂🌯😆
2. Coach Dev & Team Simelton awarded fireball trophies & we are SO incredibly proud of them. This award means they put in WORK and achieved growth that only a select few were able to achieve! SO proud of our fireball gworlssss 🔥🔥🔥🚀💕🥰
3. My directors made so many sacrifices to EXCEED goals this past year & they don’t make awards for that… so I made one for em 😤⭐️⭐️⭐️
Photos 4+: a visual diary of our never-ending winning season 😌🏆🏆🏆🏆🌎💰

CBC 2025 💙

It’s been awhile since I attended a Congressional Black Caucus event and whew I had a time! It quickly reminded me of why I love the DMV. The beauty, the brilliance, the elegance, the class, I can go on and on.

@pgcountyexec @olebara you hosted an incredible event! Thank you, CBC for always creating space for connection & celebration. 💙

PSA: If you’re young, black, and educated DC during CBC week is exactly where you need to be! You can thank me later. 😉

Life is Always Going to Life! You have to fight through your pain. Coming to Convention was eye opening and revealed to me that there’s work to be done and lives to change.

This is for my Corporate Baddies who feel like they did everything right in life. Got good grades, got a degree, got a good job with benefits, but you still feel unfulfilled and not where you want to be.

I hear you and see you! I too feel like I’ve checked every box, but there seems to be something missing.

We are the change makers and the generation starters! We get one time to live this One Life We Have.

Are you ready to start being yourself and bring the change you want to see🤔

We are moving Sept. 15th are you?

To think I almost skipped this convention is INSANE… 😮‍💨

Many people don’t know, but in early last August my family and I lost so much. A severe rainstorm damaged our home, destroyed many of our possessions, and displaced us for two weeks. I questioned if I should even go to my first convention.

I’m beyond grateful for my mother, who opened her doors to us, our village that pulled up without question to help clean our house out, my friends that made sure my kids didn’t miss a beat, the phone calls, the text messages, the prayers, and MY WIFE for speaking to the beast in me; even during our storm. I’m also forever thankful to my fellow travel directors who heard about our hardship and came together to raise money in solidarity.

Because I showed up to the energizing convention… everything changed.

✔️ Walked the stage in front of 7,000+ people as a director in the company
✔️ Sat in the designated area for the TOP 1% income earners out of 140,000 business owners
✔️ Awarded my team for crushing their goals
✔️ Collected 3 personal awards because THE BLUEPRINT WORKS
✔️ Got mentored by more multimillionaires than I can count

What started as the toughest conclusion to the summer, turned out to be one of the most defining moments of my journey. 🙏🏾

If the odds are one in a million… just know… I. AM. THE. ONE. 💎

Success and setback creates resiliency. This is only the beginning. I’m doing this to never have to say no to my children.

If you have the grit to dare and live the life you deserve, it’s time to take our seats at the table.

From heart-to-heart talks to once in a lifetime moments, celebrating @fortheloveofb as you get ready to become a wife has been nothing short of incredible. This bachelorette weekend wasn’t just about fun it was about love, laughter, and the kind of sisterhood that stands strong through every chapter of life. Watching you step into “wifey” surrounded by the people who love you most is everything. 🤍 #BrittneysBach #BrideToBe #SistersByChoice #HereForEveryMoment

We have new Ruby Ring wearers! 🔥

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs.
Goins incredible people who have built a passive income of $250,000 a year! 💎

They didn’t just earn the rings — they proved that hard work, persistence, and believing in yourself really lead to results.

I’m so proud of them and what they’ve achieved! Their story is living proof of how our business changes lives. If you’re ready to take the first step and decide to try you can do it too! 🫵🏾

Watch this video until the end, and you’ll understand why so many people still live in “boxes” and what you need to do to break free from them.

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” ~ John C. Maxwell

Over the weekend, this incredible husband, father, and FULL-TIME elementary school principal—who also happens to be my coach, mentor, Travel Talk Tuesday tag team partner, and more importantly, my friend—was honored with the coveted ruby ring, representing a minimum of $250K in annual residual income… all from the “lil” part-time, home-based business he built with intention and heart. ❤️

How’d he do it? Simple: He’s intentional with his time, allergic to excuses, and driven by a real desire to help others win. 🏆

Coach… where do I even begin? Proud, inspired, encouraged, and determined don’t even scratch the surface. Most people have no idea how much you pour into others behind the scenes, so to see you finally receive your flowers—publicly—feels like a win for us all! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
