You have changed so much since that Tuesday afternoon 22 years ago when you came into this world.

But one thing has not changed - the place you hold in my heart, my precious daughter.

Celebrating a phenomenal showing at the 2026 ISSA Boys & Girls Championships. The amazing @ichswolves did us proud 💙💙💙

Fourth place in a competition as fierce as these Champs is no small feat. Congratulations to the supremely talented athletes, coaching staff and the administration that powers it all.

What's even sweeter than this achievement is the fact that the best is yet to come!

We wait patiently and work diligently towards that first place finish. Until then, we climb.

Only thing better than spending time with the ones you love is spending time with them while enjoying great music... Jamaican music.

Despite a less than impressive performance by a recording artiste who shall remain nameless #iykyk Reggae Sumfest Night 2 delivered what we expected - great music, good vibes and an opportunity to create lasting memories.

Can we talk about how amazing Jamaican performers are? Besides raw talent, stage presence, flare and style, the ability to connect with audiences... and I could go. We truly are a unique set of people!

This was definitely one of the most fun photoshoots I’ve ever been on in a while. Imagine being a makeup artist but ended up throwing confetti on the client just to get the perfect shot 👏🥳❤️🤣 we had loads of fun.
