ICCA Semifinals 3rd place

This group means so much to me, for the time i have been in this group has been nothing, but perfect for me. I feel like i have a second family, and i truly love and care about each and every person in this group. I think my favorite moments with this group has been both on stage and off. These talented individuals are my best friends, and i truly don’t know what my college life would be like without them. This year has been truly special, with new members coming in and shining so bright, to our group placing at semis since 2018! You can really feel how much we all love each other when you see us all together we are always smiling and joyful. That’s what i love about mixed mode, It’s a group that i really truly am so glad i joined three years ago and soon entering my final year with this group! I love you Mixed Mode! Despite only being a part of @mixedmodeacappella for a little over 3 months, I couldn’t envision my life without it. When I first joined in January I was super nervous as everyone all knew each other from the previous semester, but within the first week I already knew this was where I wanted to be. Being surrounded by such amazing people, I felt so welcomed and loved immediately. Having the opportunity to perform with this group not only at ICCA’s quarter finals, but also SEMI-FINALS is insane. I am so blessed to be able a part of this family. You guys mean the world to me and I wouldn’t have made it this far without all the love and support you bring just by being yourselves. Truly, I love you all so much ❤️

So blessed to be apart of this group! This weekend, we travelled to Durham, North Carolina to compete with the 10 best acappella groups in the south. Thank you to @varsityvocals for having us! Words can’t describe how much these people and this set have changed my life. For only being in my first year in college and in Mixed Mode, it is insane how much each and every person of this group means to me. Advancing to ICCA Semifinals was already such an honor, placing third was such a sweet cherry on top. Regardless of all that, I’m so grateful to be a part of such a talented group of people and beyond lucky that I get to call them my friends. This year has been such an amazing experience and I can’t wait to have many more. 🤍
