last month I did something I’ll genuinely never forget ✨

the ALL Accor Creator Academy brought together 40 creators for a full day of hospitality and travel content, and I was lucky enough to be one of them.

I’ve always loved sharing beautiful experiences around the world. so when this came up, I knew I had to put my hand up.

what I didn’t expect was how much it would give me beyond the skills. new friends, new perspectives, and a reminder that putting yourself in the right rooms, even when it’s uncomfortable, is always worth it.

to the heartists I met that day, and to Lee and Jess for building something so special 🤍

A dream became reality.

40 pilot graduates.
3 cities.
400+ pieces of content.
One incredible community.

When I first imagined the @all.accor Creator Academy, it was never about simply “creating influencers”. It was about opening doors. About giving talented people the confidence, education and opportunity to believe in themselves, sharpen their craft and understand what it truly means to create with purpose alongside one of the world’s leading hospitality brands.

Because when you invest in people before platforms, you don’t just build content - you build careers, communities and lasting impact. Teachers. Mums. Students. Hospitality workers. People with full-time jobs, incredible stories and a passion for creating - finally having a space where they felt seen, supported and inspired.

Over the past week, we travelled through Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast, and what happened was so much bigger than content.

Strangers became friends.
Ideas became collaborations.
Hotel teams became family.
And somewhere between sunrise shoots, shared meals, nervous introductions and endless laughter... a community was born.

This video captures only a tiny glimpse of what happened at our Sydney Creation Day, because the most meaningful moments rarely happen in front of the camera.

They’re found in the conversations.
The encouragement.
The confidence people found in themselves.
The feeling of finally finding people who simply... get it.

To our 40 graduates, thank you for trusting us, showing up as yourselves and reminding us why this Academy was built in the first place. To the incredible teams at @woolstore1888sydney @shadowplaybypeppers_ and @novotel_surfersparadise thank you for believing in this vision and making every city feel completely unique.

And if you’re wondering what’s next...

Let’s just say... this probably won’t be our last boarding pass.
The next destination might welcome a few more seats around the table.
The dream keeps growing.
And this journey is only just beginning.

With the plane... maybe being a tad bigger this time. 👀 ✈️

This is the whole point.

When you’re deep in the planning, spreadsheets, timelines, briefs, approvals, logistics and the million moving pieces that come with building something from the ground up, it’s easy to lose sight of why you’re doing it in the first place.

Over the past week, I had the chance to spend time on the ground with our creators, hotel teams and partners as part of Creator Academy. And amongst all the content creation, workshops and cameras, I was reminded of the real purpose behind what we’re building.

It was never just about social media.

It was never just about followers.

It was never just about creating content.

It was about watching strangers become friends over breakfast. Seeing creators who arrived feeling nervous leave feeling confident. Watching people share ideas instead of competing with one another. Seeing hotel teams genuinely invest in the next generation of creators and celebrate their wins as if they were their own.

It was about community. It was about creativity. It was about connection.

The moments I’ll remember most aren’t the polished videos or the final content pieces. They’re the conversations between sessions, the creators helping each other get the shot, the late-night brainstorming, the laughter, the encouragement and the friendships that were formed along the way.

Yeah.. we’re a tad darn cute 🥹

This is the whole point. ✨ #accorcreatoracademy
