POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There are people building some pretty cool things in Himachal. Quite often, we don’t even know someone a few kilometres away is figuring out the same things we are. 😅

I’ve wanted to bring more of us into the same room for a while.

Building from a smaller town comes with its own joys, but getting access to mentors, the right networks, opportunities, or even a little global attention can be harder. Good ideas from Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns deserve a chance to travel further.

So, here’s a small start.

I’m hosting Headstart Startup Saturday in Dharamshala, with the hope of growing a founder community here in Himachal. Headstart felt like a good way to bring people together and start opening a few more doors for the region.

The plan is simple: introduce ourselves, talk about what we’re building, and meet people we can learn from or help along the way.

🏔️ Building in Himachal
🗓️ Saturday, 24 October | 4–6 PM
📍 CLIXI HQ, near Maximus Mall, Dharamshala

If you’re building something in or around Himachal, come say hello.

Apply through the QR on the poster or visit:

And if a founder friend comes to mind, send this their way. Maybe they’re just down the road. 🙂

We did a little something beautiful together ✨

@shellysbackyard with @dhi_space @calmkaaaaj @itshemp.in and Supriya

On the special day of Shelly's backyard launch and 4/20, we curated a day rooted in mindfulness, healing, and community.

The morning began with
- stretches and pranayama moved into
- manifestation and nervous system reset breathwork and
- gently allowing the sounds to guide us into deep relaxation

A heartfelt thank you to shelly, kaaj and the entire team for inviting us and for holding such a warm, intentional space.

Gratitude to every beautiful soul who showed up, participated, breathed, released, and shared their presence with us.

Supported by @itshemp.in and their beautiful cannabis products, the day became a small celebration of presence, healing, and community.

More power, love, and light to @shellysbackyard and the entire team on this new beginning ✨

Here’s to more spaces that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.

A lot of people today have become experts at explaining their pain in the name of healing.

Knowing your patterns, naming your wounds, understanding attachment styles, trauma responses, nervous systems, spirituality, shadow work… all of that is beautiful.

But then why do so many people still struggle?

Struggle to soften.
To surrender control.
To truly feel seen.
To build healthy relationships.
To allow the life they deeply desire to actually materialise.

Because awareness alone is not healing.

And neither is spiritual shopping.

Collecting spiritual experiences that never truly integrate into your life is not transformation. It is consumption.

Real healing is embodiment.

It is allowing yourself to be witnessed.
Letting your body experience safety and trust.
Staying present with yourself even in discomfort.
Feeling emotions instead of only explaining them.
Loving yourself enough to choose yourself, protect your energy, and say no where needed.

And healing was never meant to become an excuse to be unkind.

Some of the loudest “boundaries” are actually unprocessed trigger responses.

True boundaries do not always need performance.
You carry them in your energy, your standards, your presence.

But most people do not know how to get there alone.

Because while living inside the chaos, objective awareness becomes difficult.

This is why guidance, mentorship, safe spaces, and conscious community matter.

Not because people are weak.
But because we cannot clearly see ourselves while trapped inside our own patterns.

What we currently know has only brought us this far.

To go further, we must open ourselves to support, reflection, and deeper integration.

Real healing is not becoming better at explaining yourself.

It is becoming different through lived and embodied experience.

If this resonated deeply, maybe you’re ready for spaces that support real integration, not just information.

Nervous System Reset – with Kaaj

In the middle of everything we carry, this is a space to pause.

Kaaj, a trauma-informed holistic healer, holds a gentle and nurturing container to help you understand your nervous system and release stored emotions from the body. Through breath, awareness, and guided practices, this session invites you back into balance—calm, grounded, and present.

Hosted at Shelly’s Backyard—a café that feels like home away from home for many living in the mountains—this gathering is also a celebration of conscious community. A space where we come together to connect, slow down, and engage with cannabis in a safe, legal, and mindful way.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. 🌙

6 years of @itshemp.in .
Countless experiments, endless paperwork, and at least one slightly damaged founder @srijankaar
But we made it and somehow, we’re still laughing.
Here’s to everyone who’s been part of this wild, green ride. May we all keep growing and occasionally find time to just sit and share a laugh 🌿😂
