1 Month Post Show!!!!!!!!

I have not done a formal thank you to all of the people who supported me on this journey. My head space has been off lately, but I’am now starting to get back to more of my “normal”. Slow but surely...

1} My coach @amerthehammer . He brought be to the best condition & physical shape of my life. He also helped me grow as a person and showed me I can do anything I set my mind to. He does not do cookie cutter programs. He is honest and will push you. This is something you need in a coach. Thanks Amer for always being there 💙

#best9of2017 Thank you to everyone who made 2017 one of the hardest and best years yet. I learned a lot this year, went through some really hard times, gained career growth/opportunities, accomplished my bodybuilding goals, grew some amazing relationships and lost some too. But, these ups and downs are all apart of the process. It's how we gain strength and grow as a individual. .
