A little over a week ago, on Saturday, September 19, I had the privilege of hosting something that meant so much to me — an event centered around community, mental health, and making a difference. 🤍
I’m still so overwhelmed with gratitude when I think about how many of you showed up, supported, donated, and helped bring this day to life!! What started as an idea close to my heart turned into something so much bigger because of all of you.
I’m incredibly grateful that we were able to raise money for the @graceloncarfoundation while also creating a space to open up an important conversation about mental health and suicide prevention during Suicide Prevention Month. These conversations aren’t always easy, but they are so necessary. Sometimes simply knowing that you’re not alone can make all the difference.
To everyone who came, donated, shared, volunteered, encouraged me, or supported this event in any way — thank you. Truly. Your presence and generosity meant more than I can put into words.
