One year ago today, I was in the deepest healing season of my life. ✨

I met parts of myself I had neglected for years.
I was cracked open to a deeper journey of self love I had never reached before.
I reignited the light of hope, faith & prayer that everything was working out in my highest good.
I leaned into the love and support of my family, sisters and Justin.
I took a step back from holding so much, to holding space for myself.
I refocused all of my energy back to me and
I witnessed miracles happening in my everyday. 🙏🏼

Some seasons will change your life forever.
