How LITH staff practices being Lao Americans socially, after not being in the same room for a long time: making butter pan and arguing whether it’s “seen daht” or “daht seen”, letting the one person who overpours give us Hennessy, and playing Headz Up by only speaking Lao. Who’s hungry for some Mik-Dah-Noh? 😭🍔🤡

Never thought I would ever see a volcano in real life and then a active one that is constantly spilling lava from the Crater. I had so much fun on this trip and a knee look at nature and life.🌋 📸 by @itsjust___jada #volcanoeruption #thenewblack #blackexplorers #icelandlove #northfaceforsale #explorefundcouncil #phillyboy #phillyguy #imfromphilly

This could be us right now, but vaccinations aren’t readily available to everyone and neither is language accessibility - let’s hope we get our whole community healthy before we commit to gatherings again. Happy New Year from the #LaosInTheHouse staff - we hope you all are enjoying yourselves safely and can’t wait to bless and fon with you soon. ❤️❤️❤️

Had so much fun enjoying the 70 degree weather last weekend! Photos by @itsjust___jada and @neda.picsure. This sweater dress is from @tjmaxx ! Since I have a pear figure, I added a belt on top to add some shape. My favorite T.J.Maxx store is the one in Marlton NJ - they have the BEST selection!

Feeling 🔵? Spring is right around the corner & looks like the sun is shinning more everyday. These blue times gives us a time to stop, sit and reflect life a little bit more & recharge yourself. Taking time for yourself is a great sign of self love.
Lately I haven’t been down but very contemplated about life, where it’s going & where I want it to go. Life can be 🌀but hoping for more ☀️
