Yoga and meditation have been part of my journey for quite some time now. Learning from one of the greatest spiritual masters of our time @sadhguru has profoundly shaped the way I experience life, music and myself.

A few days ago in Milan I had the privilege of attending a @consciousmusiccircle gathering and what they’re creating around the world is extraordinary. Bringing together musicians, artists, and seekers from different cultures to experience meditation through one of humanity’s most powerful languages: music.

We are living through a time where anxiety, depression, loneliness and suicide are affecting more people than ever before. It was a powerful reminder that taking care of our inner world is no longer optional, it is essential.

Meditation isn’t about escaping life. It’s about learning how to move through it with more awareness, balance, and compassion. Spaces like these remind us that healing doesn’t always happen through words. Sometimes it happens through silence. Through presence. Through music.

This is the kind of music I want to be part of.
Music that doesn’t just make us dance, but helps us reconnect with ourselves and with each other.

Grateful to everyone making this movement possible.
Special thanks to @itskingdm @bombaestereo @billboarditalia for hosting such a beautiful event.

I pray we have @consciousmusiccircle in Dubai soon🤍
