To Our Ben Franklin Football All-Stars,

The coaching staff would like to congratulate you both on being selected to play in the Philadelphia All-Pub All-Star Game.

We are very proud of the hard work, dedication, and commitment you have shown throughout the season and your time with Ben Franklin Football. Being chosen to represent our school in this game is a great accomplishment and something you should be proud of.

You have represented our program with effort, teamwork, and pride both on and off the field. This opportunity is well deserved, and we are excited to see you compete one more time while representing Ben Franklin High School.

Enjoy the experience, play hard, and continue to carry yourselves the right way. No matter the outcome, you have already made your coaches, teammates, families, and school proud.

Congratulations again, and good luck tomorrow.

This season didn’t go the way we planned, and it ended a lot sooner than any of us expected. But I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the journey with you and the rest of the guys.

I’m incredibly proud of the growth I saw—not just on the football field, but in how many of you stepped up as young men. Coaching you all has been an honor. Every time I coach a team, it feels like I gain 40 sons… I just don’t pay child support or get to claim any of you on my taxes.

Much love, always.

1 thing about me is I will always be PASSIONATE about football, teaching watching whatever…it’s been built in me since I was 7 years old…I’m far from perfect but I will never settle for average. The CULTURE I’m creating here at Ben is molding kids into young men that are able to make positive life decisions on and off the field. Becoming the best version of themselves while also learning the game of football. I’m learning many players don’t have the drive or high level of passion I have so I can’t expect them to see the greatness I already see in them. It’s frustrating but I still have to realize these are 14-17 y/o young men some just wanting to have fun with their friends. We have won more games than we have lost since my arrival which I’m very proud of. But I’m most proud of the players that have grown and are currently growing into great young men. Here at Ben I consider all players and coaches Family no matter what it’s Electrons 4 Life… If you want to Learn, Grow & Win come join us… Shout out to the 2024 FAMILY 💙⚡️
