Side quest queen back at it 😂🏃🏽‍♀️

Came for the 5K, stayed for the concert, left with free Nikes Alpha Flys.

Just another normal day in Atlanta 😅

I love it here!

Tried Built2Last Run Club for the first time and now I get it. 🏃🏽‍♀️✨

The miles feel a little easier when you’re surrounded by good people.

Atlanta friends, if you’ve been thinking about joining a run club, this is your sign. 🤍

Showing up for your people means being there when it counts🤍

Early mornings, hard moments, big goals-cheering them on, pushing them, and celebrating every win like it’s your own.

The right circle doesn’t just support you... they make you better.

It’s not often that I show my life behind the scenes. Being a business owner is time consuming but also very rewarding. I have to be sure to make time for myself between my full-time job, social life and taking clients on the weekends.

Watch me get up & train for the Atlanta Peaachtree Roadrace before a 9:30AM hair appointment. And yes, I made it to the shop on time LOL
