The wait is almost over! 100 MILES NEXT SATURDAY!

The weather may have delayed us, but the goal hasn’t changed. Bonafide Riders Cycle Club is coming back October 17 to finish what we started!

As @nycadeel says “ You gotta trust the process”. Take this week to stretch, hydrate, recover, and get mentally prepared. Check your equipment, fuel your body, and get some rest. You’ve put in the miles, now it’s time to trust the process.

Saturday, October 17
100 Miles
Meet: 6:45 AM
Roll: 7:15 AM
133 Hurt St., Atlanta, GA 30307

We don’t run from a challenge. We ride towards it!

The Bonafide Century Build Up starts THIS SATURDAY!

We’re just 2 days away from kicking things off with 55 miles. We’re starting over and building together, one Saturday at a time, all the way to 100.

Now is the time to get that bike ready. Check your tires, make sure your chain is lubed or waxed, charge your lights, computers, electronic shifting and anything else that needs a battery. Don’t wait until Saturday morning to find out something isn’t ready.

Meet 6:45 AM
Roll 7:15 AM

Get some rest. Get that bike ready. Saturday we BUILD.

Tomorrow we ride for something bigger than miles.

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and tomorrow Bonafide is coming together for Miles for Men’s Health.

This ride is about awareness, conversation, prevention, and encouraging the men in our lives to take their health seriously. Sometimes the first step is simply starting the conversation.

Wear your BLUE and help us paint Atlanta blue as we roll 30ish miles together.

Saturday, September 12
Meet: 7:45 AM
Wheels Down: 8:15 AM
Inman Park MARTA Station
133 Hurt St NE, Atlanta

Bring your bike. Bring your blue. Bring somebody with you.

Every mile has a purpose tomorrow.

We’re running it back.

The rain may have interrupted our first Century Build Up, but it didn’t cancel the goal.

Saturday, September 19, we start again with 55 miles as we rebuild our way toward 100.

If you missed the first one, here’s your chance to jump in from the beginning. If you were there, you already know what time it is.

55 miles. One ride at a time. One goal ahead.

55 → 70 → 85 → 100

“Cycling is my happy place.” @mmackulate2

Ride. Explore. Build.

One Love Weekend never disappoints.

Good miles, good energy, and cyclists from all over coming together for one great weekend on two wheels. Bonafide had a great time riding, fellowshipping, and enjoying everything the MACC One Love Century had to offer.

Thank you to @metroatlantacyclingclub for putting together another great event and to everyone who made the weekend what it was.

We had a time.

Until next year, One Love.

How do you endure with the word NO?

The word NO, does not define who you are, where you are, or where you have been. You only have 1 Life and 1 body to experience life in, the word NO just helps carve and shape your character DAY by DAY. Tomorrow is not Promised to anyone on this planet. #ridebold

Someone is waiting for us to make it home.

That’s why we wear the helmet.
That’s why we ride predictably.
That’s why we look out for each other.

And that’s why we’re asking Atlanta to Share the Road.

Join us on August 1 as cyclists, organizations, bike shops, advocates, and our community come together with one purpose:

To make every ride a safe one.

Because every rider deserves to make it home.

At 40 years old, I’m just beginning to truly understand the importance of mental health. Every year seems to bring new stressors, new responsibilities, and new challenges. Life can get heavy if you let it. For me, cycling and @bonafideriderscc community have been major outlets. The bike has become more than exercise its therapy. It’s where I clear my mind, process life, find peace, and reconnect with myself. As men, we’re often taught to push through, stay silent, and carry the weight alone. But the truth is, we all need an outlet. Whether it’s cycling, running, lifting weights, fishing, hiking, music, or simply talking to someone you trust find something that positively impacts your mental health.

Check in on yourself. Check in on your brothers.

Find what impacts and improve your mental health, fellas.

75 miles.
No training wheels now.

The build-up continues this Saturday and the mileage getting real. 👀

Week 2 is where you find out if your legs really ready for that century.
Rolling hills. Smooth roads. Long conversations with yourself. 😅

But don’t wait until Saturday to prepare…

🚴‍♂️ Today’s ride and Elevate Wednesday are important.
Those miles matter.
That recovery matters.
That consistency matters.

The riders that show up during the week usually finish stronger on Saturday. 💯

Motivation Monday was DIFFERENT.

63 riders deep.
And the streets felt it.

20+ miles across the board…
1,000+ ft climbs…
PRs getting hit…
QOM taken…
Top 10s all over the board.

But let’s be real…

👀 How did YOU do yesterday?
