🍵Matcha Einspanner (oat milk, 100% sweet, less ice)

⊹ Monday-Friday 6:30am-5pm / Saturday-Sunday 7:30am-5pm
⊹ Free & large parking lot
⊹ Free wifi, no outlets, limited indoor seating

★★★★☆ (4.5/5)

I’ve had this coffee shop on my list for a year & never got around to going until now. I’m so glad my friend and I came here on a whim because their matcha einspanners are amazinggg! I honestly don’t know of many places in OC that do einspanners so this was a pleasant surprise ☻ We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was fully packed. It’s a pretty small space with only a few tables & no outlets so I’d plan to stay only for a few hours. The aesthetic and lighting is everything though ♡ And I love that they’re asian-owned!!

SAVE & SHARE with your friends ☕️ ~ follow @vxvnn @vivveats for more cafe hopping in OC/LA!

happy international women’s day ⋆˙⟡♡

the journey to finding true friends hasn’t been easy, but I’m glad to say that i’m very content with the circle of friends i have now. i’m so blessed to know such kind, genuine, supportive people who inspire me to do/be better every day. i’m truly in awe & i honestly don’t know what i’d do w/o my girlies 🥹🫶🏻

some things i learned:
⊹ quality >>> quantity 🤍 it’s more meaningful to create & foster deeper connections.
⊹ don’t settle for anything less than what you deserve! let go of one-sided or toxic friendships. you’re here for the long run 👟
⊹ don’t compromise your values for a friend! this is easier said than done but if you feel strongly about something, confront them. if they’re not willing to listen/learn & it’s not something you can overlook, it might be time to end things. people come & go from your life for a reason.

late as per usual but couldn’t do october without a video dump 🍂🧡

october was perhaps the most memorable. i started the month unemployed and ended the month with a cold + working overtime as a full time girlie. struggling to find that work-life balance ya feel? to say my life did a 180° is an understatement but i was also blessed to meet with old friends and connect with IG friends irl. hoping this change is all for the better ☻

We MOVED 🤭 ° ⌓⌇◖
————————
… a 15-second walk away to a new airstream at @thelabantimall!

This past weekend we moved our shop into a different airstream, still at The LAB! As much as we adore the place where we started out, we’re super grateful to be in this new spot which has more foot traffic, and better light for the plants ☀️💛

Please excuse us if it gets a little messy as we adjust to the new location! We can’t wait to see you at the new airstream, friends!

PLANT MATTER’S 2021 Year In Review ⏳💡° ⌓⌇◖
————————
One of PM’s biggest milestones of 2021 was opening our first physical location at the LAB Anti-Mall. In late 2020 when we were just a pop-up, we began to pray that we would be able to open a brick and mortar shop by spring of 2021 — seemed like a far-fetched ask at the time! But by the grace of God, in March we applied for a retail spot at the LAB… and we were accepted on the first day of Spring 🥺💚

When we started doing pop-ups in August of 2020, we had no idea what we were doing (prob still don’t 😬). What we did know is that we love sharing cool plants with you all, and teaching plantcare in a fun and easy way. Here we are almost a year and a half later, and we don’t take for granted how lucky we are to do something we genuinely love for a living.

Friends, thank you so much for your continued support. Every time you choose to shop small with us, you’re helping us live our dream lives! We can’t wait to share with you all that’s in store for 2022. Stay safe friends, and cheers to the New Year! 🥳
♥️, Matt & Sandy
