We’ve lived in different cities, states & even countries but our little trio made time for each of our weddings 💗 how blessed am I to have friendships last from childhood & those awkward preteen years. @maggiebrla you may have not been there in person, but your time & effort into every invite, save the date & wedding sign brought your presence to our special day 😘
So @blooavenue & @maggiebrla since we’re all married, what’s next? 😂😂

something I’ve learned, especially this last month having to slow down from surgery, is health and wellness extends outside of the gym too. I can’t lift weights for a few more weeks and I definitely notice the absence of it, it’s a great stress reliever! 🙏🏼I’m doing my best to prioritize stretching, taking my greens, drinking water, drinking tea, doing my skincare, journaling, reading Bible based articles that help me with how I’m feeling, expressing gratitude… and most importantly taking it one day at a time. 🤍 here’s a fun throwback! I love handstands 😆I’ll get back to it soon 🤓🤓🤓🤟🏼 #wellnessjourney #adlykay #mentalhealth #onedayatatime
