I’m honestly just speechless from tonight… and that’s pretty hard to do.

What an absolute honor to be asked to step on stage representing the mission of @addyshope ❤️

We may not have walked away with the mirror ball trophy but I had an absolute ball preparing for tonight and then executing our moves 💃

Thankful for my tribe who continues to show up for me and cheer me on in all the crazy things I do, and extremely thankful to my dance partner @jubileeswing and his amazing wife @dancewithbri_ for pouring your time and hard work into this as well! 🙏

More to come but for now, enjoy our dance 🕺 💃 🪩 our routine won best choreography ❤️

When you’re casually warming up for tonight’s competition… and accidentally run into one of your JUDGES! 💃😂🪩

Coincidence? Surprise audition? Or just me trying to score a few bonus points early?! 👀🤣

TONIGHT is the BIG NIGHT! 🌟🪩

Be honest… did I earn extra points or just make my judge nervous for what’s coming?! 🤣👇

Long before I had kids of my own, there was a little girl named Karlee. Karlee was special. She was the kind of kid that warmed your heart and lit up a room without even saying a word. Karlee is the seed behind my service, she’s what started it all for me.

Before Karlee I enjoyed community service and giving back, but AFTER Karlee, I had purpose and that purpose hasn’t left me, Karlee has not left me. Her existence is tattooed in my heart and there will never be a day I don’t think of her and feel motivated to do good for her.

Today is her 18th birthday, I would love for this post to make it around the country of birthday wishes for her. Let’s send up the best of the best for Karlee on her 18th birthday, so if you wouldn’t mind, please comment HAPPY BIRTHDAY below and let us know where you’re commenting from, so we can see just how far this makes it 💙

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KARLEE!!!! We hope you’re throwing the BIGGEST party up there! 🦋 💙

🪩💃 The countdown is ON and the dance floor isn’t ready for what’s coming! 🔥✨

Here’s another little sneak peek behind the scenes of our Dancing with the Stars rehearsals! We’ve been putting in the WORK, sharing lots of laughs, and maybe questioning a few of our life choices along the way. 😂

But behind all the sequins, sore feet, and questionable dance moves is a purpose so much bigger than the spotlight. ❤️

Every dollar donated is a vote for me, but more importantly, it’s a chance to make a difference in the life of a child in foster care. 🫶

At the end of the night, taking home the trophy would be pretty amazing… 🏆😉 But knowing we helped make a difference for children who deserve love, stability, and hope? THAT’S THE REAL WIN. ❤️

So here’s my challenge to YOU! 👇

💃 Vote for me.
❤️ Donate to an incredible cause.
✨ Help us turn a night of dancing into a lifetime of impact!

Let’s see how much GOOD we can do together!

Just days to go and the Doc fans are making their voice heard on our Shining Impact Award Leaderboard!

Here's where things stand:
🥇 Mandy is defending her position with most dollars raised! (Even surpassing her goal this week!!)
💃 BreAnna Smith is steadily holding her 2nd place spot, but she has a gleam in her eye, y'all!
😎 Cary has a strategy and might be leading the others into a false sense of security.
🙌 Jenn still has the MOST individual supporters with a wide fan-base!
💜 Brad has come out of the woodwork this week with some LARGE donors who have shifted his standing on the leaderboard!

So who's really winning? That's up to YOU. Every dollar is a vote, and every vote helps a child in foster care find hope, healing, and a forever family. 💛

Iit only takes a few votes to shake up the leaderboard! 👀

So excited to have some sweater weather so I can finally get to wear my jacket from USOA sponsor @theclevermess ❤️

Don’t judge me cuz I’ll be wearing this every day for the next 30 days until I give up this title 🫶🏼

You wanna know what’s cool??

Showing up for the people who are the backbones of our community ❤️

As a small business owner myself AND USOA Mrs Texas on top of that, showing up and supporting our Chamber of Commerce and the businesses who pour into our community has ALWAYS been a top priority of mine!

Fun fact: This event was the FIRST event I attended after being crowned USOA Mrs Texas and it was bittersweet for it to be one of my last that I will get to do with this crown as well 🫶🏼

I’m going to miss the little moments like this… 😢

Soaking up every last minute and moment to wear this name tag, what an honor it has been to serve a community who has shown me so much love and support ❤️

Snagged breakfast this morning on my way to clock in as Coach Bre, and @el.sazon.de.abuelita knew just how to make my heart and tummy happy 😉 ❤️

October, you’re a little bittersweet. 🥹👑❤️

I can’t believe I’m officially in my last FULL month as USOA Mrs. Texas! Where has the time gone?!

What. A. Journey. ✨

This crown has taken me places I never imagined, introduced me to people I’ll cherish forever, opened doors I never expected, and given me opportunities to serve, inspire, and make a difference in ways that mean more to me than I could ever put into words.

But we’re not slowing down just yet! October is FULL of appearances, community events, softball, dance rehearsals, and a whole lot of making memories! And you better believe I plan to soak up every single second of it! 💃🏼👑

I’ve always said that the crown is so much more than something you wear on your head. It’s what you choose to do with the opportunity while you have it. And I hope that when my time is done, the impact I’ve made will last far longer than my reign.

My #1 goal as USOA Mrs Texas was to have no regrets, to not look back and say “I could have done more.” I am so proud to say that I am walking into my final days with no regrets.

The crown may have an expiration date, but the purpose behind it never will. ❤️

Let’s make October unforgettable, Texas! 🤠✨
