MAT TO POLE is back, Halloween edition! 🎃

Laura & Maria are bringing yoga and pole together for a 90-minute workshop focused on arm balances, handstands, forearm stands, and inversions.

We’ll explore how techniques from both practices can help us build strength, improve balance, and discover new ways of moving from the mat to the pole and back again.

And since it’s Halloween, we’re making it a little more fun. Costumes are mandatory! Come dressed up and ready to play.

Saturday, October 31 from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Ohana Space Beirut
All Levels | $40

Long time no Russian layback, it's one of my favorite tricks although I don't have a bendy back 😊

A space is only as special as the people who bring it to life.

Behind every class, every conversation, every familiar smile, there are people who make Ohana what it is.

Different faces. Different stories. Different energies. All part of something we share.

These are the people who make our spaces feel like home.

And we can’t wait for you to get to know them.

The Faces That Will Welcome You Home.
An Ohana story.

Before stepping into a new season at Ohana, we wanted to bring together the people who make it all happen 🤍

Our teachers, our team, the familiar faces who have been growing with us, and the new ones joining the family.

The intention was simple, to connect, get to know one another, and create a sense of belonging where everyone feels equally part of the community we’re building.

Because building a strong community starts with the people who bring it to life. And we believe it’s just as important to nurture the relationships between our teachers as it is to nurture the ones we build with our students.

With new faces joining us, refreshed schedules in Beirut and Matn, and the long-awaited return of our Beirut mornings, we’re excited for everything ahead.

Here’s to the people who make Ohana what it is, and the new energy we’re welcoming into our spaces 🤍

Home is the place that stays the same while everything else keeps moving.
🤍
At RAM, it's the same room, the same faces and the same first breath of class.

Here's why it feels that way:
🤍 We know you by name. Ten mats at most, so you're seen & observed not counted.
We notice when you've progressed, when you're tired, and when you've been away too long.

🤍 You shape the timetable. You tell us what you need and we build around it.
RAM keeps evolving because of the people in the room.

🤍 It's taught by the person who built it. RAM began in Beirut in 2021, and the founder is still on the mat with you.

Consistency isn't a schedule.
It's turning up for each other week after week, until the studio feels like an extension of your own living room.

Thank you for making it home.
See you at Home🙏
