🚗💨 Jalin got her ride back, but I’m gonna ride shotgun a lil bit longer to make sure she’s got this stick mastered. 👏🏾💪🏾

Oh yeah… Happy Homecoming week Eagles! 🦅🎉 Today they’re rockin’ pajamas for spirit week 😴😂

Happy 17th Birthday to my mini-me, Jalin! I’m beyond proud of the young lady she’s grown to be—smart, strong, and full of determination. Watching her find her own path and chase her goals has been one of my greatest joys. She’s not just my daughter; she’s my inspiration to keep striving and growing every day.

Keep being you, Jalin. The world is yours for the taking, and I’ll always be here cheering you on every step of the way. Love you more than words can say!

Lately, I’ve been truly grateful for the space I’m in. Making some important lifestyle adjustments has allowed me to enjoy my weekends on a whole new level.

This past weekend was no exception:
🎶🎧On Friday and Saturday nights, I had the pleasure of DJing at Fat Tuesday, We turned up with a few Cleveland Browns fan in town for the game.
☀️🚴🏾Saturday morning was all about a refreshing bike ride with my with my wife daughter and friends
🌅 ⏪🎶🏳️Sunday evening, I wound down at Reset at Sunset, relaxing by the lake with friends on a picnic blanket and soaking in the soulful sounds of my dog Nesby Phips.

Moments like these remind me how much there is to appreciate in life.

Call me a softy, but I can’t talk about this moment and this song without getting emotional. This was July of 2024 during Essence Festival’s Sunday Morning Worship Service. I’m beyond grateful and incredibly proud of these kids and all they’re achieving. Huge thanks to Josh Kagler @vocalfool for preparing our little ones for this moment and for their future as they step onto the main stage of life as adults.

@korynhawthorne Congratulations on the incredible achievement of “Won’t he Do It” going platinum! That song—and this moment—has deeply touched me and transformed my life since July of 2024. I had no idea what God had planned for my family and I from that day forward, but this journey has been both awesome and amazing. Seeing my daughter and her classmates on stage with you, worshiping and singing along, was unforgettable. I’m so grateful that you gave them the chance to be part of such a special moment.

I have countless testimonies of the blessings that have unfolded since that day. There’s so much to say, it’s hard to put it all into words here. But in the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing bits and pieces of what God has been doing for us. Thank you for creating a moment that has changed my life forever.

Congratulations again—I’m super-duper happy for you! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. #Wonthedoit #warreneastonchoir #grateful #djtwiggs #itsmissqueenjay #joshkagler
