Hidden within a quiet street in Gwelup, this brutalist-inspired sanctuary balances bold architectural forms with natural textures, feature breezeblock walls, Vulcan timber beams, Australian native plants and natural rocks. Featuring a striking above-ground pool, a spacious sunken alfresco, and layered outdoor spaces, the design creates a resort-style setting that is both inviting and functional for everyday living and entertaining. With the client being a designer herself and working closely alongside their architect, this major renovation project was brought to life with exceptional attention to detail. What was once a conventional backyard has been transformed into a remarkable outdoor retreat, enhanced by the carefully curated landscape designed by the renowned @tristan_peirce . While the project already looks incredible, we can't wait to see the trees and vegetation mature over the coming years and fully showcase the beauty of this design. Skytree Homes was proud to deliver this transformation, undertaking the extensive structural works, major outdoor renovations, and complete roof replacement. A special thank you to our wonderful clients for their patience, hospitality, and trust throughout the construction process. Completing a major renovation while living at home requires flexibility and understanding, and we are truly grateful for the positive and collaborative relationship we shared throughout the project. We wish you heaps of great moments in your beautiful new space. #Perthrenovation #Perth #Stunninglandscape #SunkenAlfresco #Abovegroundpool #Brutalist #Perthhomes #Vulcan #Breezeblocks
