One book can change how a whole school sees feeding. Ollie’s story tells kids with feeding differences they’re not alone and teaches the adults and classmates around them that when eating is hard, scary, or hurts, it’s not picky eating. Send Ollie to School! Buy an In My Own Way book for your child, and we’ll send you one for their school. feedingmatters.org/bogo Fund a bundle of 3, 7, or 20 In My Own Way books and we’ll send to schools who need them across the United States. feedingmatters.org/bundle #backtoschool #inmyownway

Applications for our Family Assistance Program are now open! We know how expensive feeding therapy, specialty formula, feeding tubes, and all the extras that come with feeding disorders and difference can be. Since 2019, we’ve awarded $50,000 to families across the United States to help ease that burden through the Family Assistance Program. This year, we’re awarding five families $2,000. Applications close Sunday, October 11, 2026. Learn more and apply at itsnotpickyeating.org/family-assistance

The Infant and Child Feeding Questionnaire© is a free, evidence-based screener built by internationally recognized feeding experts, with questionnaires organized by age group, all the way up through 36 months. You’re matched to the one that fits your child’s exact age (it even adjusts automatically for babies born early), so your results are never one-size-fits-all. In about 10–15 minutes, it helps you: -Understand what typical feeding development looks like at your child’s stage -Identify any areas of concern -Walk into your next doctor’s visit with clear, confident language Take the free questionnaire at: questionnaire.feedingmatters.org #feedingmatters #itsnotpickyeating

No parent imagines they will struggle to feed their child. No one expects meals to come with fear, tears, stress, or constant worry. But for millions of families living with pediatric feeding disorder (PFD) or avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), feeding challenges impact every part of daily life. We are working to change the journey for families by creating a system of care that listens, supports, and responds earlier. #pfdarfidawarenessmonth #feedingmatters #itsnotpickyeating
