WOW. What. A. Night. 💥💃🏾

Our Tina Turner Experience was pure FIRE from start to finish 🔥 the energy was electric, the vibes were unmatched, and that routine? ICONIC!

We danced, we laughed, we got sweaty, we made new friends… it was joyful movement in its truest form 🙌🏾

Massive shoutout to the absolute QUEENS @fleureast , @keshiaeast_ , and the curl-loving crew at @thekurlkitchen for helping us create something so special. 💜

If you missed this one…You missed a MOMENT! But don’t worry, there’s still more exciting things to come😉

Be sure to check out Fleur as Tina in the West End @tinathemusical , She’s a force, and she’ll be taking the stage by storm 🎤🔥

Shall I just give up?

Juggling a million and one things is tough and sometimes I think is this all worth it?

Then I see my clients like Sharna SHINNING as a result of the platform I have created and I think heeellll nooooo!!!!

✨I’m here to stay baby✨

But this isn’t about me, this is about Star Girl @itssharnalou

💕Sharna listened
💕Sharna showed up
💕Sharna worked hard

After being a coaching client of mine for over a year she has completely transformed her physical self, her confidence, her self worth and she now leads other women to feel empowered through @thecurvecatwalk classes that she hosts.

I have been and they are LIT! So any south London babes hit her up and go!

Sharna, I couldn’t be prouder of you. You are EATING up that dance section with @tia.denton_ from @empowered.movement_

It hasn’t been smooth sailing, but this next chapter is yours girl! I am SO excited to see the journey continue!

Proud of my Miss Consistent Queen 👑
