I was more than privileged to be part of this show, and to count one more time on such talent to create these two arrangements: In My Life, an iconic gem, sang by the sweetest @elisacastellon__ and The Beatles Audition Medley, a tribute to that iconic first moment between The Beatles and George Martin taken to the traditional Cuba, in a duet with the unique voices of @valens.music and @tani_0014.

An honor to share the stage again with my dear colleagues @gabriela_joya_ and @cefe.el.jefe as featured players, and glad I was able to perform these two arrangements myself one last time at the Berklee Performance Center.

Eternal thanks to my mentors @crazyharmonymusic and @clements2676. Thanks to @berkleecwp and everyone involved for giving me the best last show night at the BPC as a Berklee student

Uno de mis sueños cuando joven era poder estudiar en Berklee College of Music, pero nunca se me cumplió ese sueño.

Dios tenía algo más extraordinario para mí.

Aprendí a producir solo en mi cuarto, en las madrugadas largas, cometiendo errores.

Y hoy tengo una camiseta firmada por mis estudiantes de Berklee.

No hay nada que se sienta igual a ver a alguien crecer gracias a lo que tú les pudiste transmitir.

Eso no tiene precio.

Compartir lo que sabes no te quita poder - te multiplica.

1st Academic Year at @berkleecollege🥹❤️Recuerdo que cuando era pequeña jugaba de ser cantante; mi micrófono era el desodorante, mi escenario la cama de mis padres y mi público todos mis peluches, que siempre se deleitaban con los éxitos mundiales que yo escribía 🤣🤣🤣 Y que risa! Porque es increíble cómo Dios desde pequeños deposita algo en tu corazón y no se detiene hasta ponerte en el camino. ¿Que hay trabas? Ufff, no se imaginan... y creo que las más difíciles son las que se pone uno mismo. Pero algo que he aprendido estos días es que cuando uno entiende que esos sueños no son tuyos, sino de Dios, empiezas a tomar las fuerzas que no tienes y sigues adelante aunque te mueras de miedo. Porque no es por nosotros, es lo que Dios está haciendo e irá a hacer a través de nosotros… ¡Solo hay que creer! 🙏🙌

3-4. thank you SO SO SO MUCH to all my musicians in this project. You all made this 3 hr session so fun and I wouldn't have spent it with anyone else. Love you all sm and I'm so happy with all the music we were able to create!! also thank you to my roomie for printing and taping 200 pgs of music and the recording engineer for also being my stand in booth reader. life savers fr. this was such an experience

I didn't realize how much I love them and how much I'd miss them until I saw them all sitting in the bleachers at graduation looking at all of us students. I'm so thankful I got to learn under these amazing ppl who I'm too afraid to tag even tho I stalk them all on Instagram.

I never expected to feel so much love walking across that stage. ❤️
To every single person who celebrated with me, cheered for me, and screamed my name as I received my diploma: thank you. Every time I watch this video, I feel that love all over again.

Many years ago, if you had told me that I’d be graduating from Berklee College of Music with a double major in Film Scoring and Game & Interactive Media Scoring, I wouldn’t have believed you.

When I was 20, I didn’t have a single friend who played or studied music. I didn’t even know what a conservatory was. I’ll always be grateful to my first mentors, who saw something in me before I was able to see it myself.

I came to Berklee knowing there would be challenges, but little by little, it became the place where I grew, failed, learned, and started becoming the person I always wanted to be. Berklee gave me knowledge, experience, and opportunities I once thought were completely out of reach. But more than anything, it gave me a family: friends, mentors, professors, and a community that made these past two and a half years the happiest and most transformative years of my life.

Now I’m leaving Berklee for my next adventure in Los Angeles. But unlike when I first arrived in Boston, I’m not starting this new chapter alone. I’m starting it with people I love, memories I’ll carry forever, and a version of myself I never thought I’d get to meet.

To the insecure 20 year old Alan who didn’t know anything about the world and felt completely lost in life:

KEEP GOING. WE’RE GONNA MAKE IT.
