205 LBS ➡️ 177 LBS transparent post 🚨

This one is personal.

January 1st, I looked in the mirror and realized I had fallen the FUCK off.

I was fat. Fluffy. Inflamed. My sleep was trash. My energy was trash. And I didn’t feel like myself.

Then I saw a video of myself.

I was honestly in disbelief.

“That’s really how I look?”

Like… WTF happened?

Life happened. I got comfortable. I made excuses. And somewhere along the way, I stopped holding myself accountable.

So I decided enough was enough.

I LOCKED THE FUCK IN.

I stopped drinking.
I cleaned up my nutrition.
I got serious about recovery.
I stopped making excuses.
And I started taking my health seriously.

I’ve always lived in the gym, but I learned the hard way that working out isn’t enough.

You can’t out-train a lifestyle that’s working against you.

In February, I was 205 lbs.

Today — 9/24/26 — 177 lbs.

28 pounds down.

And I haven’t seen this number on the scale in 10 YEARS.

But this transformation isn’t just about losing 28 pounds.

It’s about discipline.
It’s about consistency.
It’s about getting my confidence back.
It’s about feeling like ME again.

No, it didn’t happen overnight.
No, it wasn’t fucking easy.

There were days I didn’t feel like doing it.
Days I wanted to say fuck it.
Days I wanted to eat whatever and say I’d start again tomorrow.

But tomorrow is where a lot of people stay stuck.

I decided I was done waiting for tomorrow.

We ALL fuck up.
We ALL fall off.
We ALL have moments where we lose ourselves.

But at some point, you have to decide:

“I’m getting my shit back.”

And that’s exactly what I did.

205 ➡️ 177.

This is only the beginning. 🥶🔥

Alex & Antoine’s Wedding ❤️‍🔥✨🐉 Feeling blessed to have been able to be a part of this special day. Spent the last few months working intensely on this performance. I got to dance with some of my favorite @brickbodiesfitness crew and meet some insanely talented dancers. So much good energy, dedication, and love went into this from everyone. Can’t wait to see what everyone gets into next 💃🏻💜
