As a special treat to kick off Bon Victoriage's third mini-season, for this one, "It isn't easy being Green," Johnny meets the charismatic activist, environmentalist, and new Leader of the BC Greens Emily Lowan. Similar to figures around the world like Greta Thunberg or Austria's Lena Schilling, she is young, passionate, very well-informed, and understandably angry about the state of the world that she has inherited. In this episode, Johnny takes her around Victoria, meeting people like David Suzuki and talking progressive politics. They even do some bike karaoke together!

"Bike Karaoke" footage contributed by @emilylowan herself! :)

You can stream the full episode from tomorrow (October 20th) at 12 midday PDT at bonvictoriage.com, and on Bon Victoriage's YouTube Channel: https://youtube.com/@BonVictoriage

Can't beat kidpix for chill af design. Software engineers in the 90's in Canada famously coined the terms "wank-ware" - software that is not educational, and "seedy-roms" (aka porno).

NE ways please listen to my dj mix, I was really distracted while mixing it and it is not my best work, at all, but it is kinda dece.

Pride is all about joyful resistance — celebrating a movement for liberation, with our lovers, friends, and allies.

Vancouver’s Dyke March really gave me hope and energy for the year ahead, despite the ongoing threat of dangerous culture wars, violence, and government complacency.

I believe in better for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Better trans healthcare. Protection of SOGI. A provincial ban on conversion therapy. You can take a small step today by signing our petition to BAN conversion therapy in BC at our link in bio.

This movement is the medicine.
