(This time with sound. I only make mistakes on days that end with “y”. Otherwise, I’m perfect! 🙌🏾😆) 🎥: @terrantinothashooter Are you setting up your #customerexperience team the right way? This is my secret (well, used to be secret) recipe for building scalable customer experience teams. You need these four components:
#workforcemanagement or #wfm gets the right people in the right place at the right time.
#learninganddevelopment or #training ensures people know about your culture and know how to do the work.
#supportbychannel is where most of us start, and includes how customer will contact you, #email, #livechat, #phones, #sms and it's also where most companies begin and lastly is
#qualityassurance or #qa which helps you validate that you're giving the experience you want to give to your customers. This includes making sure your customers have consistent experiences.
Link to setup a free consultation is in the bio.
Whether you want to do it yourself, with our guidance, work along side us or have us do it for you, you're covered. Check out our services page on the website to lean more, or simply call or message 310-844-1172.
