What started as a simple idea turned into something bigger than we could’ve imagined…
From Colorado to Connecticut, bartaco teams came together to walk, run, move, and connect—not just for physical wellness, but for mental clarity, team bonding, and a shared sense of purpose. Some of us had field days. Some of us walked. Some of us sprinted. But every single one of us showed up for each other.
Even our CEO, Anthony, laced up and joined in.
This video is a celebration of that unity… the energy… the joy… and the reminder that wellness is a journey we take together. The overwhelming response from our teams has already inspired us to dream even bigger—so yes, this will absolutely become an annual tradition. But even more than that, it’s sparked a movement. You can expect many more initiatives like this one—because when we support each other, there’s no limit to what we can do.
And of course—congratulations to our WillRunForTacos prize winners, randomly selected from those who participated across the country:
* Maria H. – Aventura
* John A. – Reston
* Angel D. – Coconut Grove
* Aidan T. – Stamford
* Laney J. – Hyde Park
Each of them chose from one of the following prizes: an Apple Watch, an Oura Ring, a 1-year Crunch gym membership, or a walking treadmill.
Thank you to everyone who made this happen. Let’s keep running toward something great… together.#willrunfortacosday #bartaco #bartacolife #bartacocareers #wellness

Huge shoutout to @daniel_mckoy for putting together this montage of the bartaco national trainer team in action at NROs across the country… and an even bigger thank you to every single trainer who has helped bring new Bartacos to life.
Being a part of a new restaurant opening isn’t just about setting up a store… it’s about building lifelong relationships, learning how to lead in the unknown, and helping to inspire new bartaco team members from day one.
And of course… thank you to the fearless leader of our trainer crew and all NRO’s , Nia, for continuing to grow the next generation of bartaco leaders.
If you’ve ever thought about becoming a national trainer and helping open new locations… ask your GM or EC for details. We’re always looking for the next wave of trainers to help us spread the bartaco vibe!
