SOLD & BOUGHT! 🍾✨

Helping clients sell their last home AND secure their new one 4 years later is the ultimate compliment!

Key highlights from this smooth closing:
• Represented the buyer
• Beat out heavy interest on the property
• Negotiated $10K in seller concessions
• All-cash, 14-day close

Loyalty, trust, and execution. Congrats to my incredible clients on their new home! 🏡🎉

“Everything negative pressure, challenges is all an opportunity for me to rise.”
— Kobe Bryant

Reflecting on August’s Top Producer closed volume recognition. While it’s always humbling to see the hard work pay off, this isn’t about the recognition. It’s about the early mornings, late-night negotiations, and unwavering commitment to executing for the people who trust us with their biggest investments.

A huge thank you to our incredible clients and the entire Keller Williams Premier Luxury team.

We celebrate the milestone for a second, then we reset the clock. Back to the grind. 🔒

John had a great time at the Exclusive Academy of Real Estate Professionals Red Carpet Showcase at 11840 Gilmore St, North Hollywood! 🏡

Listed by our good friend Linda Mendoza, this spacious, move-in-ready property features a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom main residence plus a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ADU with separate address. From the bright kitchen with granite countertops, center island, and skylight to the large covered patio, mature landscaping, and fruit trees, there’s a lot to appreciate about this home. The ADU also adds great flexibility for guests, family, or potential rental income.

Beyond the beautiful property, it was also a great networking atmosphere. It’s always enjoyable getting together with fellow real estate professionals, catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people, and building relationships throughout the community. 💚

Thanks to Linda Mendoza for hosting and the Exclusive Academy team for bringing everyone together! Looking forward to the next one! 🙌

We had a fantastic turnout for our "Making Waves & Closing Deals" Top Producer Panel. It was an inspiring morning filled with valuable insights, practical advice, and real stories from experienced professionals who generously shared what has helped them succeed.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our outstanding panelists, and a big shoutout to Aleli Rodriguez for doing a wonderful job moderating the discussion. Special thanks to Andrew Manning for accepting my invitation to be one of our panelists and for sharing his expertise with the group.

It's always rewarding to see our REALTOR® community come together to learn, connect, and support one another. Looking forward to many more events like this!

We took home the trifecta. 🏆 Tripleta. Hat trick. Whatever you want to call it, it’s a clean sweep at the top of the leaderboard for May 2026:

🇲🇽💯🐍🚀
🥇 Top Producer – Closed Sales Volume
🥇 Top Producer – Closed Units
🥇 Top Producer – Listings Taken

This triple-crown month belongs to my incredible clients who demand excellence and trust me & The Plascencia Group to deliver it, and to the powerhouse team at Keller Williams Premier Luxury.

Job’s not finished. The summer market is here let’s go build more wealth. 💸📈

Another exceptional property we had the opportunity to preview at a recent Exclusive Academy Red Carpet Showcase! ✨

📍Congrats to listing agent Blayne Pacelli on this unique gem at 4152 Falling Leaf Drive.

Located in the prestigious Lake Encino neighborhood, this stunning Spanish-style estate offers the perfect blend of timeless architecture and modern luxury. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, soaring ceilings, a gourmet chef’s kitchen with Viking and Wolf appliances, multiple entertaining spaces, and a spectacular primary suite with a private balcony and spa-inspired bath, this home was designed to impress.

The resort-style backyard is equally remarkable, complete with a sparkling pool and spa, firepit, gazebo, outdoor entertainment system, and beautifully landscaped grounds with mature fruit trees. Enhanced with extensive smart home technology, solar power, battery backup, whole-house water filtration, and premium outdoor living features, this property truly represents luxury California living at its finest.

Always a pleasure connecting with fellow real estate professionals and touring outstanding homes at the EAREP Red Carpet Showcase. 🏡👏
