The clinch isn’t just for knees — it can also be a setup. 🥊 Most people stay in the plum and just knee. The ones who understand Muay Thai use it to control, manipulate, and destroy. Here’s how we go from full plum to a devastating kick: 1. Lock up in full plum — both hands behind the neck, elbows tight, control the head 2. Drive a knee in hard — you’re not just scoring, you’re making them react and creating the opening 3. As they shift, step your foot to the OUTSIDE of theirs — this is the key position everything else is built on 4. Now open the door — hands and foot move as ONE, you turn, you off-balance, you take their base 5. They have nowhere to go but into your kick — and that’s exactly where you want them 💥 When you do this right it doesn’t even feel forced. The kick almost throws itself because THEY walked into it. Hands and legs as one. That’s real Muay Thai. Save this. Drill this. Feel the difference. 👊 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 @rojasmuaythai #muaythai #clinch #muaythaiboxing #muaythaitechniques #fight

Everybody laughs at the battle… until they understand what you had to fight to become who you are. Some people grow through pain. Some people are destroyed by it. The choice is yours. #growthmindset #mentalstrength #discipline #selfgrowth #muaythailife
