Top Staff Affirmation of the day…

The third summer of watching the Lord work in the lives of thousands of kids and staff alike is such a blessing, and I can’t thank God enough for the opportunity to be here. Being able to serve alongside some of my best friends and to watch Gods goodness prevail when plans fall short will always be such an incredible testimony to give. Forever grateful for this place and all of the people inside of it.

2025- guess the sappy posts finally got me.
-First off, God bless for every single opportunity and person sent to me. From opening a Roadhouse in Texas City to walking away from the amazing company to grow as a person, I truly made some unforgettable relationships.
-I was blessed to meet some incredible people and watch my life blossom into something I never pictured. My best friend brought her little girl into the world. I met the man I am going to love from this life into the next. Everyone was truly hand picked by the lord.
-I spent countless hours with my beautiful family before I took a major step and moved states where I joined the most amazing crew. Thank you Dutch Bros for showing me a side of life I never knew. I cannot express my excitement to go into the year as a shift lead.
-Finally, I just want to say, I am so happy and proud to say I found myself and my love for life again this year. Big thank you to David,truly the love of my life, and Dylayna, the platonic soulmate, for being there. From late nights to early mornings.
Later 2025, smell ya never:)
(ps. could not leave out the fact i got like 7 tattoos this year…)

Oh no! Oh no! Oh no! Stampede is now over!

From waking up at 7:20, going on health center trips every day for sick kids, changing wet sheets, going down the water slides, doing team comp, to hearing "67" everywhere you went, chanting cheers during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, singing my heart out at lifeline, taking care of the nugs, having the time of my life with 7&8 yr old kids, getting angry about not having ice, taking stressful cabin photos, making new friendships, growing my relationship with Christ, winning an award for Most Energetic, to going to bed at 12:00 after staff time.

Thank you, @campotx , for all you have done for me, for these kids, for these people. The way God is present in this camp is outstanding, and I can't wait to be back next year. I have nothing but positive things to say about camp, and it truly has changed my life. Camp is for me, and I love being a camp counselor.

Thank you, @mccaleb_taylor ,for recruiting me. Thank you to all of my friends for the kind words. Thank you to the top staff who took care of me when I struggled. Thank you, camp mom's, for being the best support people out there.

Thank you, Jesus, for my life. For this camp. For our friendships. For opportunities. For the energy You give me, the strength You give me, the joy You give me to keep going. Nothing would've been possible without You fueling me, my Lord. Hallelujah to Jesus. Praise His name in the streets, on the mountains, and in the valleys. The ability to do a whole summer of serving at a summer camp is all glory to God.
