Painful things in life will happen to you sooner or later. Pain doesn’t always = negative though. Yesterday was beautiful. Spent about 7hours in the ocean. Rocking my favorite @brightbuoydiving belt and weights. It looks crazy in this picture cause life be lifing but I assure you it was put on properly the whole dive. I’m pretty sure I’ve worn the full @epsealon_official wetsuit less than 10 times in 3 years of owning it. It’s got hella holes in it. Send your boy an all black one yeah? Thank you to everyone who came and new friends that may have been made or just a beautiful one off experience shared. When had wonderful food handcrafted by @phampersand ! Love a good Aunty that can throw down in any setting ! She was out here grabbing fresh herbs from the land itself! I have a roll a film to develop that has shots from yesterday, so more to come! THE NEWS IS OUT… @teresa_22t and I are moving to Maine.

March 2026 was a month I don’t think I’ll ever forget. It started with us finally taking our honeymoon in Hawaii, then I flew our cat to the East Coast, and the rest of the month was filled with a lot of hugs, a lot of see you laters, and a lot of reflecting on this season of life in Los Angeles.

LA has been a huge chapter for us. So many friendships, so many shows, so many late nights, so many lessons, and so much growth.

I want to say thank you to @33andwest (@jjcassiere / @xmattpikex / @danrozenblum33w) for being a big part of this chapter of my life and for the opportunities, experiences, and relationships that came from it. I’ll forever cherish my time with the company.

As for what’s next — Teresa and I will be joining a family business (@swanshoney). When it comes to music though… I’m not done yet. Not even close. Stay tuned.

4 years married and 10 years together. I'm so thrilled I get to do this thing called life with you. You are the most loving husband and father, seeing you play and teach our son new things every day brings me so much joy. I'm truly blessed to have you in my life, not just as my friend but as my life partner. Thank you for being the amazing person that you are. Thank you for spoiling me with books, sweets and flowers I love you💕

P.S. For those that don't know, I got food poisoning on our anniversary trip last weekend in Temecula and it got so bad to the point that Tim had to take me to urgent care. The whole time I was feeling horrible physically and emotionally because all I could think was me getting sick is ruining our anniversary trip but Tim was nothing but kind and caring. Truly taking care of me and reassuring me that everything was okay, to not feel bad because as my husband he vowed to take care of me through sickness and in health. He continued to make me smile and make me laugh. He always makes me feel better. I really feel like the luckiest girl in the world with you by my side. Thank you for making me feel better, you make everything in my life better. I'm so lucky you're mine.
