POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

20 years ago we were worried about the regents exam, Lil Bow Wow , and what we’d do with our lives.
.
20 years later, we now worry about AI, knee pain, and whether we remembered to take the chicken out the freezer.
.
At our 20 year reunion, we asked: “What advice would you give your younger self?”
.
Here’s to 20 years of growth, grace, plot twist, and realizing that life really goes according to plan but turns out exactly as it should.
.

I love y’all 🥹❤️ - Nat

This past weekend we hosted our Vision Board's and Brunch event with 30 Black Women looking to strengthen their Wellness goals for this year! 🤎

All vision board materials were provided to ensure that the only thing each guest needed to provide was an open mind, ready to prepare and plan their future and make new friends!

As we brunch'd we spoke with one another about the things that we needed when it comes to community and what was important to us on our Wellness journey! The guests even got a sneak peek into some of the things we are working on for 2025 to help them reach these goals.

The most beautiful part of this event was being able to speak to all of the ladies about their visions! I pray that every single one comes to life and I am more than excited to welcome you into this growing community.

A recap reel is coming very soon but I could not let time pass without giving you all a small glimpse of the magic we experienced last weekend!

Having events like these has been on my personal vision board for a very long time and I want to thank every single person who made this event a success!

Special thank you to our event manager for co-facilitating her first event! @lifewithden we are very proud of you!

Love,

Shannon Q 🤎 @shannonssanctuary
