As I get ready for another Sunday of client consultations, I just want to say thank you.

To my team, none of this happens without you. Every goal I’ve set for where we’re taking this, you’re the reason it’s even possible. We’re not just closing deals, we’re building something bigger.

And most importantly, thank you. To you. the client.

The one who saw a video on social media and decided to give us a shot. Who trusted us to guide them down the path to homeownership. You didn’t have to pick us. You did. And we don’t take that lightly.

Here’s to another Sunday, and to getting 84 families onto the path to homeownership. 🏡

One consultation at a time.

Real estate doesn’t keep office hours and neither do sales professionals. Nights, weekends, and holidays are often when the real work happens. 🦁🏡 #houston #realtor #sales #hiring

🚨LIONS GATE REALTY HAS NEVER CHARGED A REALTOR A 70% SPLIT.

But even if we did, our broker-generated leads, hands-on training, and higher commission structure could still put more money in your pocket than a flat-fee brokerage.

A low fee doesn’t mean much if you’re closing fewer deals. Don’t chase the cheapest brokerage choose the one that helps you earn more.

There’s a lot of LARPing in real estate.
Luxury cars. Designer clothes. Steak dinners. Fake “boss” energy.
Everybody wants to look successful before they’ve learned how to sell.
Stop pretending to be a Realtor.
Become a sales professional.
Learn to prospect. Communicate. Handle objections. Negotiate. Follow up. CLOSE.
The lifestyle is the reward.
Sales is the skill that earns it.
Stop LARPing. Start selling. 🦁

NO REAL ESTATE LICENSE? WE’LL STILL HIRE YOU.

We’re looking for “raw sales talent, closers, hustlers, and people who know how to communicate, compete, and SELL.

Not licensed yet? That’s okay.

The goal is to bring you in, develop your sales skills, and help put you on the path toward becoming a licensed Texas real estate professional.

The catch: You must be eligible to obtain a Texas real estate license, including meeting TREC’s background and fitness requirements.

We can teach real estate.
We can sharpen your sales skills.
We can add the refinement.

You bring the hunger.

YES, WE’LL HIRE YOU.

You might be polished. You might be rough around the edges.
Young. Older. Corporate. Street smart. Luxury-minded. Blue collar. New to real estate or already licensed.

We don’t care where you came from. We care if you can SELL.

If you’ve got the hunger, personality, work ethic and natural ability to close, we can work with the rest.

But understand this: we’re not leaving you where we found you.

There’s a level of refinement we expect at Lions Gate Realty and how you speak, how you dress, how you negotiate, how you handle clients, and how you conduct yourself when there’s real money on the table.

We’ll sharpen the raw talent.
We’ll refine the salesperson.
We’ll teach you the business.

The goal isn’t just to make you a Realtor.

The goal is to turn you into a SALES PROFESSIONAL and eventually, a REAL ESTATE PRO.

Houston made us. Now we’re looking for closers.

Think you can sell? Come prove it. 🦁

WE’RE NOT LOOKING FOR REALTORS.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SALESPEOPLE. 🦁

Raw sales talent.
Closers. Hustlers. Competitors.
People who can talk to anyone, build trust and ASK FOR THE BUSINESS.

Never sold a house? **We can teach you real estate.**
Never sold anything? That’s a different conversation. 👀

Car sales. Insurance. Solar. Phones. Hospitality. B2B. Door-to-door.
If you know how to **SELL**, we want to talk.

And yes… “Opened Minded” licensed Realtors are welcome too. 😂

We’re building a sales organization, not collecting licenses.
