Summer internships are coming to an end!

Here’s a look into what it’s like having a co-intern, featuring our very own 2nd-year master’s student Emma Grace and her co-intern Sarah from @iu_hesa at their NODA (@noda.gsc) internship for Auburn University’s Camp War Eagle!

Praise the Lord! 🙏

I truly did not expect this, and I receive it with gratitude and humility.

Sometimes, life surprises us in beautiful ways.

I am deeply grateful and honored to receive the 2026–2027 Arthur W. DeCabooter Fellowship for Higher Education at Indiana University Bloomington.

Thank you, Lord, for Your grace and guidance. Thank you to my family, mentors, colleagues, and everyone who continues to believe in and support this journey.

This recognition is not the end goal, but a reminder to keep learning, growing, serving, and contributing to higher education and society.

To God be all the glory!

Speaking at tonight’s @iu_hesa Second Year Send-off was deeply meaningful. These soon to be graduates were the first cohort of graduate students that I had in the classroom. Learning from them, growing with them, and witnessing how much they care about the profession is one of my greatest professional joys. I can’t wait to see them graduate and join the ranks of Student Affairs professionals in just a few short days! Kudos to @spaatindianau for a phenomenal event! ❤️🤍

Kami berkesempatan berdiskusi dengan para akademisi di Department of Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA).

After a great day celebrating our veterans, I took a road trip to Dayton to attend the closing of the @glacuho conference. Student Life’s own Dr. Vicka Bell-Robinson concluded her term as GLACUHO President and our own Jocelyn Maul serves as the 2026 conference host committee chair. I’m so proud of these two, and all of the @iustudentlife team members, who are engaged with this phenomenal organization! Congratulations, Vicka and Jocelyn!
