The real recipe in doing what we are doing everyday, is not in the books. It is waking up everyday, same time in the morning, with the energy and passion to create better food for everyone. It is definitely not easy behind our production scenes, but it is truly fulfilling when each of you appreciate what we do through the Sourdough goodies that we make. Last 2025, we have hand-made over 25,000 Sourdough loaves, shaped 10,000 individual cookie Nibblers, and produced 7,000 liege waffles all-year round (apart from our other hand-made Sourdough goodies that has been part of the most-loved menu). This dedication is the real recipe - a continuous process of consistency and quality. We are truly honored to be part of your household, corporate event or celebrations year on year since 2020.
