WINNING BASEBALL DOESN’T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT.

Boston Hunters manager @realjemileweeks knows the value of daily growth. Whether it’s 1% or half a percent, getting better every day is how players develop and winning organizations are built.

🎙️ From my nomadic access conversation with the former MLB infielder.

The Guerreras are returning to Baseball for All Nationals in 2027! We’re excited to be heading back to Rockford, Illinois with 4 age groups. We will also keep the option open for a 16U group, if there’s interest, or we’ll happily help you find another great organization!

Fill out our interest form to receive more information. Filling out the form doesn’t guarantee a spot or incur a financial commitment. We will reach out and get to know each other, first.

There will be plenty of opportunities to play with us before next summer, as well. Texas residency isn’t required to join…we have girls from 11 states and 3 countries! Softball players are more than welcome to give baseball a shot too!

We are eager to meet you! #playlikeagirl

A pretty special weekend ahead. 🥹⚾

The eighth annual SABR/IWBC Women in Baseball Conference begins Friday, with three days devoted to the people, history, stories and future of women’s baseball.
And on Sunday, I get to be part of it. ❤️

I’ll be joining the final celebration of the 2026 women’s baseball year for a special presentation about This Is Women’s Baseball, the road that brought TIWB here and this unforgettable first season of the WPBL.

There are so many great people and conversations on this schedule. If you love women’s baseball, come spend some of the weekend with us.

Oct. 9-11 | Virtual on Zoom
My presentation: Sunday, 1:30-2:15 p.m. ET
Registration: sabr.org/women-in-baseball-conference

Don’t forget to register this week for the Women in Baseball Virtual Conference.

Saturday presentations include a look at women in Banana Ball, a WPBL player panel, and a discussion moderated by CJ Silas featuring two members of our GUERRERAS FAMILY!

Shae Sloan, former Colorado Silver Bullet player and recent Guerreras coach, and Sarah Camarillo, Guerreras player and MLB Trailblazer, will be two of three panelists for a great discussion about the Past, Present, and Future of girls baseball!

Conference is on Zoom, Oct. 9-11. Full schedule and registration at sabr.org/women-in-baseball-conference/

The AAGPBL Players Association announced today that their 2027 Players Association Reunion will be held in Fort Wayne in June 2027!

We cannot wait to celebrate women's baseball past, present and future with former AAGPBL players here in the home of the Daisies next summer!

The inaugural WPBL season gave us stars, chaos, history and plenty to talk about.

@therisingfastball and I handed out the hardware: MVP, Most Valuable Pitcher, All-WPBL selections, statistical superlatives, favorite moments and a few awards no one asked ask us to create.

Some picks were obvious. Others might start an argument.
