WHEW! 🥹❤️‍🔥 MOTHERHOOD IN MOTION WAS A WHOLE VIBE! The laughs, the movement, the sisterhood, the sensuality, the CONNECTION! 😮‍💨✨ We came together to celebrate motherhood, but we also made space to celebrate the women within motherhood. The women who deserve to feel good, feel beautiful, feel free, and have a little fun, too! And let me tell you… WE DID THAT! 🥂💃🏽 This was more than an event. It was a reminder that motherhood and womanhood can coexist beautifully. We can nurture others AND pour into ourselves. We can be mothers AND still be soft, sensual, playful, powerful, and unapologetically US. To every woman who showed up, laughed, moved, connected, and helped make this experience what it was — THANK YOU. You made the room feel honored with your light and I couldn’t have asked for a better first Motherhood in Motion experience. 🤎 A BIG THANK YOU to all of my vendors. Every guest enjoyed what you brought, not only in business but with your gems of tools and confidence boost for these ladies. This is what happens when women are given space to simply BE. And if this video doesn’t make you want to pull up to the next one, I don’t know what will! 👀💋 MOTHERHOOD IN MOTION. Where motherhood meets movement, connection, and reclamation. ✨ 📸: @csvsaber

This. This is what Motherhood in Motion is about. 💚 Motherhood doesn’t erase the woman you were before becoming “Mom.” You are still allowed to feel sensual. You are still allowed to explore your body. You are still allowed to move, play, feel sexy, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Because postpartum isn’t only about healing physically—it’s also about rediscovering the woman living inside of the mother. Motherhood in Motion is where motherhood and sensuality move as one. No pressure to “bounce back.” No expectation to become who you were before. Just an invitation to meet the woman you are now—in a body that has experienced, carried, changed, and transformed. Whether you’re months postpartum or years into motherhood, there is space for you here. ✨ Movement ✨ Body Restoration ✨ Sensual Reclamation ✨ Chair Massages ✨ Waistbeading ✨ Fireside Chat + Community Motherhood in Motion 📅 October 10, 2026 ⏰ 6:30–9 PM 📍 IAmSexyFit Dance & Fitness Come move with us.
