New venue, new feels. I was craving more space, more light, more natural wood underfoot and I think we found the perfect spot at St Gluvias Community Hall. Everyone welcome whether you’ve danced before or are totally fresh to trying something new 💚 Link in comments #ecstaticdance #cornwall #penryn #falmouth #consciousdance

Some journeys aren't measured in miles but in moments.
This is an invitation to slow down to gather around a living story that began deep beneath the rainforest canopy and has travelled through countless hands, hearts and generations to reach ours.
Together we'll explore the remarkable journey of cacao, share a nourishing feast, then as the sun begins to soften, we'll move as one community through the joyful experience of Human🎧Rhythms.
Whether you come alone or with friends, we hope you'll leave feeling a little more connected to yourself, to each other and to the living world around us.

🕊Join us on the 13th August, for an integration of the new moon and solar eclipse energies with resonant sound and powerful ceremonial cacao, as we begin to feel into new intentions and beginnings for our path.

☕️We are blessed to have Babu & Moss of @ixcacaocornwall sharing the journey into the story of Ixcacao, the Cacao Goddess, exploring the living heritage, wisdom and heartfelt connection behind ceremonial cacao, from its' ancestral roots to the cup we share today.

🎶 We will drink ceremonial cacao and then make a cosy nest, while I part guide you with voice and carefully selected sound healing instruments into the realms of your inner world, where dreams, visions, messages and answers have a pathway to arise as you sink in and surrender deeper, held in the safe sanctuary of the Hummingbird Yurt.🛖

🦋 Message me to book a place as space is limited. Much love 🧡

A rare hands on journey into the heart of cacao....

Have you ever wondered what cacao tastes like before it becomes chocolate?

Have you ever held a fresh cacao bean in your hand tasted the sweet fruit that surrounds it and followed its journey all the way to a cup made by your own hands?

Join us for a unique and immersive experience exploring the story, spirit and living tradition of one of the world’s most beloved plants.

Together we’ll travel through cacao’s remarkable history from the ancient cultures of Central and South America where it was revered as
nourishment, medicine, offering, trade and connection.

We’ll explore how cacao has been honoured for thousands of years and why it continues to capture hearts across the world today.

As a special part of this gathering you’ll have the rare opportunity to taste fresh cacao from a recently harvested pod from
Ecuador. Most people have never experienced cacao in its living form. To taste the sweet white fruit that cradles the bean is to meet cacao at its very beginning.

Then comes the magic.

Together we’ll crack, peel, taste, grind and transform cacao beans into a rich cup to share. Along the way there’ll be stories, questions, laughter, learning and plenty of opportunities to deepen your understanding of this extraordinary plant.

This is not a lecture.
This is not a ceremony.
This is a living hands on experience where ancient knowledge meets curiosity, community and connection.

What you’ll receive:
🌱Taste fresh cacao directly from an Ecuadorian cacao pod
🍫Learn the fascinating history and cultural journey of cacao
☕️Experience the complete bean to cup process
💚Take home cacao beans and practical knowledge to continue your own exploration
🌎Discover cacao’s role in indigenous traditions, trade, community and ritual
✨Share a beautiful cup crafted together from the very beans you’ve worked with

Whether you’re a cacao lover, curious beginner, foodie, herbalist, grower, facilitator or simply someone who loves meaningful experiences, this workshop offers a rare chance to meet cacao in a way few people ever do.

Exchange: £30 per person
