🍂✨ A moment to pause between seasons. ✨🍂

The Fall Equinox marks a beautiful point of balance—when day and night meet nearly equally before we begin the transition into shorter days, cooler evenings, and a slower season.

We’re celebrating that shift with an evening created to help you ground, breathe, release, and reset. 🤎

🧘 Fall Equinox Yoga & Sound Bath
📅 Friday, September 25
⏰ 7:00–8:30 PM

🌿 1 hour of gentle yoga
🔔 30-minute immersive sound bath with Idania, @iyoga1
☕ Herbal tea afterward
💙 FREE for PG Rec members | $4 per ticket

Come ready to move gently, settle in, and welcome a new season with intention. Bring a sweatshirt, warm layers, or your favorite blanket so you can get extra cozy during the sound bath. 🍁

Registration is required for everyone, including members, and space is limited. Grab your spot through the link in our bio.

Here’s to letting go of what we don’t need, making room for what’s next, and welcoming fall. 🍂✨

Come walk with me for a little while…

People sometimes ask me what my yoga classes are like.

Honestly?

They’re probably a little different.

We’ll move together through Sun A, B, and C. I’ll guide. I’ll teach. I’ll remind you where your breath is. Sometimes I’ll offer an adjustment. Sometimes I’ll simply remind you that you’ve already done harder things than this.

Then…

the music begins to rise.

That’s where something shifts.

I soften.

The room softens.

And I invite everyone back into the conversation with their own body.

Not my body.

Not the person beside them.

Their body.

Some people keep flowing.

Some linger in Child’s Pose.

Some sway.

Some dance.

Some breathe.

Some laugh.

Sometimes… I’m laughing too.

Because I genuinely believe joy belongs here.

So do tears.

So does stillness.

Every body carries a different story.

Why would I ask every body to move exactly the same?

One of the greatest gifts my teachers in Costa Rica—the 2025 chapter-Alexander, Amy, and Ivan—gave me wasn’t another pose to master.

It was permission.

Permission to trust that our bodies hold wisdom our minds sometimes forget.

That yoga isn’t something we perform.

It’s something we remember.

So I don’t spend much time asking,

“Can you make the pose look better?”

I’m much more interested in asking,

“What is your body trying to tell you today?”

That’s a very different practice.

It’s also a very different kind of leadership.

Not leadership that asks people to become someone else.

Leadership that creates enough safety for people to become more fully themselves.

If we’re together long enough…

I’ll probably tell a story.

I’ll probably make you laugh.

We’ll breathe.

We’ll move.

The music will carry us for a while.

And my hope is simple.

That when you leave…

you don’t remember me.

You remember yourself 🤍
